The kitchen offers a large & bright area with brand new appliances & a large counter top with plenty of seating. The attached dining room includes a fireplace for those cold San Luis Valley nights.

This rental includes FREE admission to Sand Dunes Recreation Hot Springs during your entire stay! Sand Dunes Recreation is located 30 minutes north of Alamosa.

We loved this home! It’s completely updated and has all the amenities we love in a home (minus central air). But the fans and great circulation made our stay very pleasant and I enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen

Perfect getaway

The house was just as described! Perfect location and set up for our stay. We have kids at ASU, so staying in this home made our trip to visit very comfortable. The owners are very responsive to questions and/or concerns. We will definitely be back!

Clean, well-stocked house!

We loved our stay at this cute place in Alamosa, furnished with everything to make our stay comfortable, and our kids loved the foosball table! Check-in was super easy and in a quiet neighborhood (to our liking) in addition to being close to downtown. Temps were a little elevated in the house so the fans were appreciated. Thank you!

Beautiful home away from home

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was so comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids (they loved the foosball table!). Really nice location with plenty of close amenities. We did a lot of our own cooking and meals, so the big, gorgeous kitchen was perfect. The beds were SO comfortable - which is always such an unknown, but we all slept so well and enjoyed being close to Great Sand Dunes. This place also came with complementary wrist bands to Great Sand Dunes rec area hot springs - which were a big hit with the kids (and adults)! Would absolutely stay here again if we get the chance.

Enjoyable stay

I was a little skeptical of staying in a property without any guest reviews, however we decided to try this one since the listing looked so great. Well as a matter of fact the property is even better than as shown online. Its a beautifully renovated mid century modern home with big rooms and lots of space. The choice of furniture is high quality and the appliances are top of the line. The house is very quiet and we felt safe in the neighborhood. The owner was responsive to all my inquiries .I highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay at the Berkeley home and it was centrally located for our vacation activities. Here are a few notes to help others:Pros:1) Nice layout of home - master bedroom with bath on one side of the house with 2 other bedrooms and bath on other side. Each side of the house also had a sitting room/living room area with tv so you could literally divide the house in half with a common kitchen and have some space/privacy.2) House was in a central locations to Great Sand Dunes National Park, Multiple Wildlife Refuges, Antonito (Cumbres & Toltec Railroad), and Fort Garland on our exit from Alamosa.3) While not used extensively during our stay, kitchen was stocked with lots of pots/pans and herbs/spices. Safeway was about 1 mile away, which was very convenient.4) Bathrooms included soaps and shampoos, hairdryer, and extra towels; and there was a nice washer/dryer with detergent/fabric softener sheets supplies.5) Communication on stay and during stay was clear and fast.Cons:1) The home does not have air conditioning, but there were fans in every room. On our first night we were concerned about the temperature because it was warm in late September. But after opening a few windows for a bit it was much better. Some members of our group used fans, while others did not so it became a non-issue.2) TV was a bit of a challenge to figure out. Not used much, but when it was desired, we couldn't find channels we wanted easily.

We loved our stay! The home was located in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and had large common areas. The furniture was comfortable. Enjoyed the large shower in the master bedroom. Well stocked with everything you need. Would definitely stay again!!

BEAUTIFUL HOUSE

I loved everything about this rental! Beautiful inside and out but still so comfortable, is well stocked with everything you need, good location, renters booklet tells you everything you need to know to get the most out of your stay. Convenient to get to Great Sand Dunes NP.

Nice remodeled home. Close to the university campus. We enjoyed the open family spaces; the house felt larger than it appeared. It was awesome to have a large kitchen and table. Bathrooms were well-appointed, and there were plenty of cleaning products in the house. Large washer-dryer and laundry room were helpful. There's a rooster somewhere in the neighborhood. He was annoying but that's not the property owner's fault. Back bedroom doesn't have very good ventilation and it would be nice to have some bedside phone charging options. The house was super convenient for GSD National Park.
