Gulf access pool home with boat rental option

This beautiful house is wonderfully situated on the water with a lovely waterway view.
There are 3 bedrooms, each with Kingsize bed. One of these bedrooms has a separate area where there is also Queen size sleeper sofa, so the home is suitable for up to 8 persons.There are 2 bathrooms with control shower temperature and a newly remodeled kitchen. Spacious comfortable living room with TV and attractive rustic fireplace. For some family fun this home provides a shuffleboard table!There is a lovely heated salt pool with hot tub and a new pool deck with poolside loungers. From the pool and deck there is a wonderful view of the confluence of the Rubican and Biarritz Canals.
We even provide a couple of bikes and fishing rods for your use!

Boat rental is available for an additional fee.

There is a ring doorbell at this property for security. There is also a security camera at the back of the property facing the boat.

Amazing!!

I could not say enough about the hospitality…we arrived after a long drive to a fridge of groceries and wine! The house was far more beautiful than the pictures give credit for. Our host/captain met us the morning after arrival with a ton of fishing tips and decided our fishing gear wasn’t adequate enough so he supplied us with brand new gear! Also…I would highly recommend the boat rental it was definitely a perk!!
