Absolutely perfect!

Our condo was perfect in every way. Location couldn’t have been better. Home was extremely clean. The loft bedroom was lovely and very comfortable. Condo is newly renovated and updated with nice furnishings and decor. Kitchen is fully stocked. Have nothing negative to say and would definitely stay again.

Great Place in Everyway

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed this home over Thanksgiving. The home was clean and spacious and really decorated nicely. The kitchen was the best "stocked" kitchen I have seen in years. We could easily walk to Harbour Town and had a great time.

Relaxing road trip stop

Last respit on our road trip. Lovely villa. We enjoyed our stay very much. There we a few “attention to detail” items, but nothing that had a major impact on our time there. We enjoyed it very much.

Charming Villa in Harbortown

Perfect Villa for walking to Harbortown. Very Quiet. We enjoyed all the amenities that were provided, plates, glasses, silverware,etc. We will return!

Wonderful get away!

The home itself is absolutely beautiful! The pictures are accurate. It's beautifully decorated and the location couldn't be better. You can walk to Harbortown. And you're really in biking distance of so many things. Of course, we had to visit Truffles and Salty Dog, some of our favorites. This time, we also took the opportunity to visit Beaufort, Port Royal and Savannah. The home was a terrific anchor for all this.

A great stay, not so good accommodations

We had a great time while we were there, but the check in situation was very out of date and communication was lacking. We were supposed to receive a location pass in the mail for our car, but it never came so we had to pay again to get into the resort. While at the resort we had to bring our own trash bags, keep the AC over 72 degrees, and the pool code didn’t work. If you’re booking this place for location, it’s a great stay, but if you’re looking for a great location and accommodations, I would hesitate to recommend.

Disappointing. condescending and hostile property management group. Major cleanliness issues.

This only allots 1500 characters and that is not enough space to review everything that happened to us in this property and dealing with this rental group. This place was FILTHY, to put it lightly. -steps/upstairs floor & wall spots COVERED in black dog hair (we didn’t bring a dog) -towels left by housekeeping on bed (4 towels, 2 hand towels and washcloths) COVERED in long, black human hair with multiple stains. (I have pale blonde hair) -Dog hair all over floor vents -Extreme dust buildup on air filter vents -same long black human hair COVERED pillows and bed linens -A bunch of hair strewn across bathroom (vents, in shower, on ceiling, on vanity) -Dried food residue left on kitchen utensils (dried strawberries and other substances left to mold in drawers on cutting boards) -1/2 inch of dust buildup under bed After finding all of this, housekeeping returned, but these things still weren’t cleaned! The towels still had hair!! calling AGAIN after housekeeping left we were told that because it was Friday that there was no one available to help us until Monday when they returned to office. My husband and I had to use our own beach towel for the entirety of our stay due to this properties cleanliness issue. After finally speaking with someone on Monday late afternoon he told me that cleaners “don’t have time to clean the whole house” to justify the photos I sent him. We were threatened to not receive an agreed upon refund until we agreed not to post a negative review.
