Bright and airy, ground level condo with attached one-car garage in a desirable community in Princeville on the North Shore of Kauai.

This unit is the essence of aloha and comfort. Brand new linens, new boogey boards & cooler chest. The well-stocked gourmet kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal or barbecue out by the pool. The outdoor lanai is the perfect place to relax with your morning coffee, evening cocktail, or to enjoy your meals.

The open floor plan features a comfortable air conditioned living area with a flat screen smart TV.
The two spacious bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the condo and both host a king size bed & smart TV’s. The master bedroom has a slider opening to the lanai, a walk-in closet, and a large ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a deep soaking tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is conveniently located next to the second bathroom. Both bedrooms are also air conditioned.

· Make use of the pool, hot tub, and workout center. The pool area also features 2 new gas grills for a delicious barbecue!
· Find close by shopping and dining at The Princeville Center.
· Enjoy golfing or dining at the Makai golf course named one of the “top-five great golf settings.”
· Grab a beach towel and head to one of the local beaches, such as Hanalei Bay Beach or Anini beach.

This was honestly one of the best places I've ever rented. The stakes were high with this being our first ever trip to Hawaii, and Heather's place ended up being everything we needed.It was immaculately clean, and very spacious (larger than it looked in the photos). The kitchen was well stocked with quality cookware. We enjoyed using the beach gear that was provided. The lanai was such a pleasant place to hang out, at any time of day. Check-in was a breeze and Heather was a responsive and attentive host.I shudder to think how close I came to not booking a place with A/C! It ended up being a must for us, and the A/C in this place works wonderfully. The second bedroom doesn't get central air and thus has a portable A/C unit, which can be a little noisy, but does the job.I was worried that maybe noise from the unit upstairs would be an issue, and though you are ultimately somewhat at the mercy of your neighbors (and how respectful/polite they decide to be) I found the walls to be surprisingly thick and good at muffling noise—so it didn't end up being a problem during our stay.All in all, a very impressive place, great value for your dollar, and I would happily stay here again.

Four adults and we stayed for 12 days. Everything couldn’t have been made easier for us. Kitchen was great and pretty well stocked. Beds were comfortable and made for a wonderful stay! We had a wonderful stay at Plantation at Princeville. The location is excellent, with easy access to Hanalei Bay, Turtle Cove, Keʻe Beach, and many other North Shore attractions.The condo was very clean, spacious, and comfortably accommodated our family of three, with plenty of room for a family of four or five. We especially appreciated the amenities, including the pool, spa, fitness room, BBQ grills, and the well-stocked kitchen, which made it easy to prepare several of our own meals. The condo also included beach chairs, boogie boards, and snorkel gear, which is a great bonus.Heather was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. When I mentioned the condo was missing grilling tools, she immediately offered to purchase one or reimburse me if I bought one myself. Her kindness and hospitality were greatly appreciated.The only minor drawbacks were that the condo didn’t have dedicated grilling utensils, and because it’s a downstairs unit, we occasionally heard the guests walking in the unit above us. Neither issue detracted significantly from our stay, and the upstairs noise is, of course, outside the host’s control. On the plus side, the condo was very well insulated from outside road noise, and the air conditioning kept us comfortable day and night.Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay and would gladly stay here again on our next trip to Kauai. We would also highly recommend this condo to our family and friends.

The condo was amazing! Very, very clean. Comfortable (including the bed), definitely had everything we needed and felt like home. Communication was excellent. Check in and out was super easy. The host was incredibly attentive, communicating with us before and throughout our stay with helpful information about the condo, local recommendations, and thoughtful check-ins that made us feel genuinely welcomed.The property was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located for exploring all that Kauai has to offer. Each morning, we loved strolling along the golf course path beneath the stunning rainbow eucalyptus trees, followed by coffee on the lanai while listening to the island birds greet the day.From snorkeling at Tunnels Beach and hiking the breathtaking Nā Pali Coast to evening surf sessions in Hanalei Bay, this condo was the ideal home base for our island adventures!We especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including beach chairs, boogie boards, a cooler, and the convenient hoses by both the garage and lanai for rinsing off sand after a day spent exploring paradise.Mahalo for sharing such a special place with us. Princeville Stay

This was our first time to HI and our stay was amazing! The place was fully stocked with everything we needed, especially the kitchen, as we were able to cook many meals throughout our stay. Everything was spacious, clean and updated throughout the condo. The garage even had beach gear for us to borrow, such as coolers, some snorkeling equipment, umbrella, boogie boards and beach chairs. The pool was nice and the private patio and table were great to use for outdoor dining. The washer and dryer came in handy and the owners even stocked it with detergent-no need to bring your own or buy any. The location of the condo was very handy to get to all North Shore beaches/shopping/activities/grocery supplies, and check in was a breeze, with all info we needed texted to me. I had a couple questions right before check in and the owners got back to me immediately. There were even beach towels for us to borrow. Everything was thought of. Thank you for a wonderful stay! If we get the chance to come back to Kauai, we will definitely stay with you again.

This was ideally located, well cared for, and with all you could need when far away from home. Beach gear was very helpful. Kitchen had everything we needed. Communication was excellent - they were kind enough to allow us to check in early, which was a huge help.

Family fun

The property was excellent. Really well maintained vacation property. Lots of thoughtful infrastructure for cooking and equipment for the beach. Would highly recommend. Our host was helpful and easy to reach for questions. We will fondly remember the tsunami that wasn’t but also appreciate the beauty of the north shore and not to take this unspoiled region for granted!

Mom/Daughter vacay

This was our annual trip to Kauai and our second time we stayed in Princeville. This rental had everything we needed to make our stay easy. The place was clean and beautiful inside. The bedrooms are on separate sides of the living room so you could have some privacy . Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook and make your own meals. The lanai is off the living room and main bedroom and has a little grassy area surrounded by the beautiful plants that you can only find in Kauai. Our favorite beach, Hanalei, is only a few miles away and as we to the beach daily and this place was stocked with beach towels, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, etc.

Perfect Princeville Condo

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood across the street from a golf course. There is a great walking path that follows the course. Princeville is clean and lush. It is less than 15 minutes to Hanalei which is the cutest beach town with shops, restaurants and a beautiful beach with soft white sand. A grocery store is a few minutes away but I recommend stopping at Costco or Safeway after you land. The pool and hot tub were very nice, never crowded and the area was clean. I appreciated being able to park in the garage. Coolers, boogie boards, beach chairs and an umbrella were provided. The AC and internet worked great. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Laura, the property manager, was there to greet us when we arrived and was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. If we visit Kauai again, we will be staying here!

Amazing!!!

We had an amazing time in Kauai and were very happy we chose to stay in this VRBO. It was clean and had enough space for a family of four. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms which is super convenient when you have teenage girls. It has air conditioning, garage parking and is very close to the pool. The master suite and living room has a patio door out to the lanai where we had our morning coffee. The kitchen is equipped and well stocked with everything you need. The location is great. It’s a short drive to the beaches on the north shore. The grocery store, shave ice and Lapperts ice cream is a couple minutes away. We walked from our VRBO to see the Queen’s Bath. Check-in and check out was very easy. If you are looking for somewhere to stay while in Kauai near the north shore this property in Princeville is perfect!
