Great location & beautiful views

Accommodations were perfect for our needs. We're frequent visitors to the area and really enjoyed being within easy walking distance to our local favs 18 Central & Nina June. Views of the outer harbor... all the way to Owls Head light are great. Look forward to return visits.

Incredible stay in Rockport Harbor. The location is amazing. Easy, seamless check-in, responsive, thoughtful and kind hosts. My wife and I celebrated our (19th - time flies) anniversary here over this past weekend and it was pretty close to perfect. The space is great- comfortable, well laid out, and private. The balcony off the bedroom was a particular hit- whether sipping morning coffee, or enjoying an evening cocktail, we could feel our blood pressure drop as soon as we walked out there. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable, the living room and kitchen/dining area open, light, and a views of the harbor in every room. The pictures online don’t do it justice. Amenities were fantastic-all the kitchen toys to make it possible to eat in if you want, but also about 400 feet from two very very good restaurants, and one of the best views in the midcoast. And, as if that wasn’t enough, 1.5 miles from downtown Camden, and a remarkably easy drive into Rockland. The hosts are absolutely top notch. Available, always helpful, and extremely respectful of our privacy. Left us a lovely bottle of wine and a thoughtful card, which made us smile. In short, we adored space and really appreciate the people who own it. We hope to visit you again soon.

Harbor view from the tree tops

Absolutely prime location in Rockport Village. It feels like you are up in the trees yet with a view to the harbor. The bird song is incomparable. very comfortable bed, nice sized living area and bedroom. wonderful shower! But really, it's all about the location. You can easily walk to all the best Rockport has to offer.

Rockport Condo

The apartment was clean and had a new appearance. It had a nice view of the bay. It was in a quiet out of the way neighborhood with easy parking. There were several restaurants and an opera house within a quarter mile. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it. We were looking for a quiet, comfortable place to stay while exploring the Maine coastline and attending the Lobster Festival. This unit fit the bill perfectly.

The sleeper sofa in living room is awful—so uncomfortable that my friend had to sleep on the couch. Also, no sheets were provided for it. The air conditioner in bedroom is too noisy to use. Otherwise, it was a fairly convenient and nice place to stay. But don’t book if you plan to use the sleeper sofa.

Lovely view

I love the view from this condo and the owners are super nice and very responsive. I found it difficult to sleep there because it was very hot and there was initially only one small air conditioner in the bedroom which didn’t really work very well and kept coming on and off. The property is listed as being fully air-conditioned and when I complained about this, the owners were very responsive and purchased another. It was still quite warm. There is no dishwasher or washing machine which I missed. I also disliked the duvet as it was very hot and purchased my own blanket while there. There was no screen on the bedroom window which meant it couldn’t be opened and the deck door had no crosswind due to this. The condo was super clean and the owners left some nice treats for me which I appreciated.
