The house was very clean, with a well-stocked kitchen for cooking, nice work spaces, and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Walking to Olde Town Arvada, restaurants, light rail, etc. is feasible, but there is a major road in between (there are lights/crosswalks). Host was very quick to respond and helpful.

Great stay

This place is just as seen in pictures and has everything you need for a wonderful stay! Our daughter just moved to Arvada, and we will definitely stay here again next time we visit!

It was a great stay and great property!

The house was very cute, nicely decorated and well stocked. It was a great place for our girls weekend!

Comfy

The house was just right for a stay. Close to many amenities and stores nut without being on a busy street. Would absolutely stay again!

Nice house, had everything we needed

Perfect little house for our visit with family and exploring the area… Red Rocks, Golden, hiking. Appreciated the well stocked kitchen, sheets & towels. Convenient location and very clean.

Great 5 Night Stay

The house was just as described, clean and stocked with all the amenities and essentials needed. The area is walkable with lots of restaurants and stores. The host was very attentive and helpful.

Everything you need!

Had all the basics we needed, from soaps, kitchen tools/ supplies, etc. Kids enjoyed the toys, would stay again.

Family ski weekend

I had a wonderful stay at this vacation home! The place was spotless — very clean and clearly well maintained. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, which made getting around super easy. The host had great communication throughout the entire process — friendly, responsive, and helpful. Cousins road trip

Great house as described! House stocked for travelers, appreciate cleanliness and amenities. enjoyed walk to Arvada for shops, restaurants and train depot to downtown Denver for Rockies game. Easy drive to area sites like Red Rocks and Rocky Mountains without going into Denver traffic.

They've thought of everything

Great place with extras that were much appreciated. From the shampoo/conditioner to pantry items such as spices and foil. You can easily make a grocery run and have everything you need for your stay. The location put us about 30 minutes from everything we wanted to do. Owner responded quickly to thermostat question. Note: the floors are very squeaky (it's an older house) so if you have light sleepers or kids that wake up easily be aware. It was fine for us.
