Welcome to Ocean Villa C137, a masterfully renovated first-floor retreat where modern luxury meets the laid-back rhythm of Hilton Head Island. Designed with a crisp, coastal-themed palette of whites and deep blues, this villa offers a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.

The Master Suite: Unlike standard rentals, our bedroom features a motorized King-sized bed, allowing you to find the perfect angle for late-night reading or watching the Smart TV.

Gourmet Kitchen: The heart of the villa is an updated kitchen featuring sleek granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a deep farmhouse sink, and a Keurig for your morning brew.

Stayed in C-137 for a girl’s getaway and couldn’t have found a nicer condo in a better location. Condo was just as described and pictured and resort overall was great!

HH Beach Getaway

This was our 3rd year staying at HH Beach & Tennis. We love it here! It is the perfect place for family or a couple getaway for the summer. Ocean Villa 137 was the perfect fit for my wife and I. We will definitely be back for another visit!

End of Summer Vacation @ Just Steps to Beach

Our stay at Just Steps to Beach was just as expected from pictures and description. Check-in was a breeze as well as check out. We have stayed at this resort before and love the location. This unit is in the perfect building in proximity to beach pool and beach. The units can feel small but the way they redid this unit I felt like we had so much more room. Our girls had no complaints with the pull out couch. Kitchen had everything we needed. Enjoyable stay and will keep this one as a favorite for our next trip to Hilton Head!

Overall our first visit to HHI and this resort were good. We would definitely return. We would not eat at the restaurants onsite though (food not great and priced as though you were getting filet & lobster). Aside from the bed, the furniture was incredibly uncomfortable both inside and outside the villa. Had it not been for those few things, it would have been a 5 star review! The staff correspondence was great and the location to the pool and beach made us forget the miniscule concerns.

The perfect getaway!

My daughter and I took a road trip to Hiltonhead Island for a weekend getaway, just the two of us. The unit was very nice, comfortable, neat & clean, exactly as described. Great use of space & fabulous location on the property! We could not have asked for a more ideal place! Great pool, on the beach, tons of food options on property, plus tennis, pickle ball and bikes! We were very impressed with the place and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful condo, perfect location!

This condo is gorgeous, everything seems new. Location is almost right at the entrance to the pool and beach, so it made walks to the beach easy. We had one adult daughter with us-she stayed on the pull out couch. This worked fine for us. I think this is the perfect place for couples, and it was perfect for our 3 person family. One of the best condos we’ve stayed in at this resort!

Brief but wonderful stay

Really nice place, perfect distance to the clean private beach, nice resort area. Only complaint with whole place was the curfew and to the pool closing at 9pm. I had a group of teenagers and it’s summer so that’s a bit early. However that has nothing to do with the condo itself. It was perfect for the 4 of us and had everything we needed for our short trip!

Very Good vacation rental

Very Clean and updated. Partial view of the pool and ocean. Minutes walk to the beach. It was as advertised and would highly recommend. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed, as we cooked dinner one night out of the 5 nights that we stayed. There was 4 of us and the pull out couch was perfect for the kids. The beach out front was nice and quiet and we were happy with the restaurant on site.

This unit was perfect for our family of 2. The unit is located at the back of the property and closest to the Private Beach entrance, Jamaica Joe's Restaurant and the swimming pool. The unit was very clean and appeared as described. Communication with Property Manager was fast and efficient. We will stay again.

The property is really nice, clean and well kept! However, the idea or statement that there is an Ocean View is a false statement entirely! This is a first-floor unit, I'm 6'0 tall and on my tip toes I couldn't see the ocean. This is a Parking lot view room!

Last-minute getaway

My husband and I wanted to get away for a few days of rest after our daughter's wedding and this villa was exactly what we needed! The location to the beach, the ease of checkin and the size of the villa was perfect for the two of us! The only thing I have to say is the bed is right by the door, which I did not notice in the pictures, so if you are a light sleeper it might be a little loud. I personally did not, have any trouble with the sound/noise outside at all, LOL! We would definitely come back again!
