This property is located in a quiet neighborhood close to everything from restaurants and shopping to numerous outdoor activities. Whether you want to kick back and relax in your own private heated pool and mini resort backyard or enjoy any of the several beaches on AMI that are within 5 miles, relaxing in this tropical paradise is so easy to do. Waren’s Bayou boat ramp is within 1 mile from the house and depending on your size boat, boat parking is available on site. Robinson Preserve is located within 2 miles where you can kayak, bike or go for a hike through the beautiful nature trails. Horseback riding through the bay on the C Ponies is a great experience available on the Palma Sola Causeway, which is also located within 2 miles from the house. Take a short walk through De Soto National Memorial Park to watch the sunset. Desoto Memorial Park offers nature trails along the bay offering stunning views of the famous Skyway Bridge. Downtown St Pete and Downtown Sarasota are within 30 to 40 mins from the house, giving you the best of both worlds.

This 4 bedroom 2 bath pool home sleeps 11 comfortably. The backyard is your own Tropical Oasis with a pool that can be heated for an additional fee and several seating areas to enjoy Florida’s beautiful weather. Drink your morning coffee on the covered composite deck while you take in the sunrise or have an outdoor movie night while you swim in the pool and play corn hole, you will never get bored in this home. Right off the south facing pool is a covered screened lanai, where you can play Foosball or just sit and relax while you catch up with your family and friends. The inside is decorated with a warm coastal feel. The living room offers a 60" Smart TV and all bedrooms have a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to make your favorite family meals. An Airfryer, Crockpot, Blender, Keurig Coffee Maker and Outdoor Grill. 4 beach cruiser bikes are provided for use as well as 4 beach chairs, Umbrella and cooler for your beach days. The house is equipped with high-speed wireless internet. High-quality towels and linens are provided for your use. The washer and dryer are available for use.

Perfect Vacation Home Close to Everything!

Well equipped house with a beautiful outdoor living space and warm pool. The dining room and kitchen open up to a porch that was perfect for cooler evenings. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. My entire family loved this house. Would definitely recommend!!!

Florida revival

The property is really different from anything we have stayed before, different but really nice very well fitted out with good quality furnishings.The security is very slight to almost nothing. Things we feel it’s lacking is a house phone, and safe.when trying to get through to the hosts takes time to get a response.

Wonderful stay!!

We appreciated all of the extra stuff like beach chairs, cooler and umbrella that made our vacation more convenient and comfortable. It was stocked very well for kitchen utensils, towels and laundry essentials. The large table was great for our large group to visit, eat and play puzzles/ games. The beds were comfortable and clean as well. The pool was perfect to entertain the kiddos and let the adults relax. Overall would highly recommend this location.

Perfect family vacation home!

We had a great family vacation there, the home is decorated nicely, very clean and organized. The kitchen was well equipped, overlooks the lanai and pool. The dining table seats 8 comfortably which makes it nice for family dinners and board games. Lots of space for the family. The owners and the housekeeper were willing to accommodate our special request.

Beautiful property in prime location

Property and home were absolutely gorgeous. Inside was clean and very nicely decorated with plenty of room for my family to spread out. Backyard was beyond our expectations. What a perfect area to hang out. Location was prime. Within minutes of beaches, shops, and restaurants. My whole family enjoyed the property so much. Communication with owners was great. We will definitely return in the future.

Paradise

This home was amazing . It was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood minutes from the beach. The owner was very nice and told us to call if we had any issues . The backyard and pool was so inviting we spent most of the time out there in the pool and relaxing under the gazebo . The grandkids loved watching a movie by the pool. We will definitely be renting this home again if it is available for our next vacation . It meet all our expectations and more .

Spring Break

House was just the size we needed for our family get away. It is in a great location and we stayed for 3 weeks. The hosts were nice and did respond timely when contacted. We had a few issues that were never really resolved. The electrical outlet in the guest bathroom did not work. We reported it early in our stay and it was never fixed. The king size bed in the main bedroom is a sleep number bed but we couldn’t find the controls, only to find out there was something wrong with the electrical component. Way too soft for our liking. The top oven had a lot of grease on the bottom so if you tried to use it there was smoke. There is not a cover over the patio where the TV is, as shown in the photos. There were only two adult bikes and the one the seat was all ripped up. The 3rd bike was a toddler bike with training wheels. We paid for the pool to be heated. There were some issues with the pool heater during our stay. On the final day that our kids and grand kids were staying we planned a pool party and right in the middle of our party the pool maintenance company came late afternoon, cleaned the filter, shocked the water, and told us to stay out of it for two hours. So much for our party. Heater issues continued so we didn’t use it much our last week. Overall we still had a good time but not likely to rebook. Sorry.
