THE OWL HOUSE: 2000 sq ft 2 floor private home 2.5 to Downtown Boone!

This newly furnished two floor private home is fabulous for groups and families! Newly added air conditioning units for summer help keep you comfy! With three bathrooms, three bedrooms and two living rooms with 65 inch TV's - everyone will have their space to enjoy. A fully stocked kitchen and a large dining area will support home style cooking while a grill and patio allow for a wonderful outside option for a meal.

The property is centrally located to access Boone, Banner Elk and Blowing Rock and many attractions, hiking trails and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Downtown Boone is only 2.5 miles away and famous Peddlin Pig and other eatery's less than two miles away the other direction!

The Owl House Sleeps up to 8 comfortably. The master with Queen Bed upstairs has an attached private large bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a trundle bed (sleeps two) upstairs with a full bathroom across the hallway. Bedroom 3 downstairs has a Queen Bed and easy access to a full bathroom, living room, and a private access door to outside.

Kitchen is fully loaded with oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, pots & pans, etc., everything you will need for cooking meals. A gas grill, linens, towels, some paper products & detergent are included. Please bring additional products for longer stays or with larger groups. There is a large living room with 65" smart televisions upstairs and downstairs with WiFi and accounts with Netflix and Prime Video for you to enjoy. The open kitchen and dining room with sitting area upstairs provides a lot of open space.

There is a large yard and a backyard patio with grilling - perfect for nice weather days. Plenty of parking available.

Our stay at the Owl House was wonderful. The home is located close to downtown Boone. It had everything we needed for our family as well as our friends with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We had kids that ranged from age 6 to 16 and everyone enjoyed the home and the area. Lots to do and plenty of house for our party to be comfortable. The host were very responsive and informative during our stay. We had a great time and hope to come back soon.

Our stay at the Owl House was great! Our girls group of five were in town for a couple of days to volunteer in the area and it suited our needs perfectly! We all had plenty of room, it was very clean and well stocked. I would defintley recomend and return for a longer stay! It was also a very quick drive to downtown Boone.

Lovely house

We loved this house. It was clean, well stocked with all things needed to cook, bathe, clean up etc. they even had make up remover pads, QTips, body washes and shampoos. We were visiting with family and it was super comfortable for all of us. Would definitely stay again.

The photos don't do this home justice. It is so very comfortable and has everything you need. Yes, the drive up the hill in the dark can be intimidating, but once you're here, it's perfect. We will definitely come back.

Exceeded expectations

This house was absolutely perfect for myself and my teenage sons over a long weekend. Tons of space, well maintained, and clean. My oldest loved having the bedroom downstairs with its large living area and bathroom. Nice outdoor picnic table/area to hang out/eat outside when the weather’s nice. Less than 10 minutes to downtown Boone. We had no problems whatsoever, but the owner was friendly and helpful when we did need to communicate. Will most definitely stay again if I’m ever in the Boone area. Great place!
