Beach House

501 Burningtree Ct, Bethany Beach, DE 19930. A Bethany Beach Residential Parking Permit is provided in season, which provides access to Beach Parking free of charge, if available.

The windjammer style home has a recently renovated interior (lots of windows). The floor plan of the house includes a large great room with two bedrooms and a full bath on either side - perfect layout for two families to share. We know you will also enjoy many hours relaxing in the spacious 3 season window/screen porch.

Beautiful kitchen on a lovely corner lot in a quiet neighborhood, and close to the beach. The house is on a cul-de-sac in the well-established community of Bethany West. Close to the beach, amusements, and entertainment but far enough away from the summer chaos and congestion to enjoy peaceful days and nights.

The community has 2 outdoor pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court, and a great playground for the kids. Bethany West is also on the Bethany Beach Trolley Line for easy access to the beach.

Pool and fitness passes available for a few in season, at the community center located just down the street from house. Pass rates are as follows:
Daily rate is $10 per person (all persons over the age of 3)
Weekly rate is $30 per person (all persons over the age of 3)
Fitness Center Available Year Round - Free in the off season

LINENS (sheets and towels) ARE NOT INCLUDED with this rental. Please bring your own linens, towels, paper goods, soaps and toiletries. Washer and Dryer provided for your convenience. Or choose the linen service of your choice. One that is close by and comes highly recommended is https://www.galeforcerentals.com. Bed sizes: 1 King, 1 Queen, 4 Twin/Single

RVs are not allowed to be parked in Bethany West. However, short term RV parking can be obtained at the Millville U-Haul - book a spot as early as possible because spots are limited.

We really loved our visit and this host was such a breeze to communicate with. The location is in a quiet neighborhood that is very convenient (super quick drive) to the beach and also close to restaurants and coffee shops. My kids loved having a park only a block away.

We had a really great vacation staying at this property. The layout of the house was perfect for our family and the screened in porch worked out so well because the weather was not so great when we were there. There were a few things that needed an extra wipe down to be cleaned when we arrived, but it wasn’t a big deal for us to do ourselves. Definitely one of the better rentals we’ve stayed at. It was a short walk to many of the local restaurants/shops and getting to the beach was easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Three day weekend with teenagers

We had a great stay at this house. We love the neighborhood, and it is very close to town/walking distance to the beach. If I had any questions, the host responded right away. Also, we love the open layout of the family room and kitchen.

Best family vacation!

My family and I really enjoyed staying in this lovely home! The layout was perfect, and the sunroom was a great place to relax. Also enjoyed the wooded setting, gave it an extra plus after spending time at the beach. Easy to get downtown or beach, walking or driving, (thank you for the parking pass!) By far, one of our favorite places to stay ever!!!

This property is in a great location - a 1-minute walk to the Bethany trolly and just a short walk to a Wawa and a small local grocery store. It has a beautiful kitchen, all needed amenities for a family, and nicely sized, comfortable bedrooms.

Stay between lacrosse tournaments

Great place for 3 parents and 3 kids. Very good location within walking distance to the beach. Safe and close to everything. Big kitchen where we cooked many meals and a nice porch to hang out and play cards at night.

Lovely and clean

Very nice stay with very helpful hosts! We went with our two kids (4 and 2) and it was a great location with a clean comfortable home. You do have to pay for the pool but it’s only $20 pp.

Family vacation

Each year we have a family vacation. This house in Bethany West was perfect for the 7 of us. The host made the process extremely easy. Out of the many homes we have rented for vacation, this one was the cleanest we’ve walked into. Love the windjammer style. We utilized the trolly and pools. Nice, tree-lined neighborhood. Close to the boardwalk, grocery stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay in Bethany was fantastic! This house is perfect as it’s centrally located between the other beaches (we made day trips to all of them!) and the house itself was super clean and had everything we needed on our trip! The kitchen was equipped w/everything! Having 2 bedrooms on each side of the home made it very nice to have your own space if needed. The walk to the boardwalk/beach was approx 2 blocks and the community pool/basketball courts are diagonally across the street!

Bethany West rental

Our stay was great. The property was within walking distance to the beach which was great. Having access to the residential parking pass was super for it made lugging everything to the beach much easier. The place was great for a rental everything we needed was there. The outside 3 season porch was great as well.
