Nice place for a night or two. Only thing we found odd was the host never contacted us with a door code. Overall it was nice place. Big with plenty of room.
The house was ok. Could have been a little cleaner. The upstairs air was not working correctly, and the back yard was completely unusable even to let my dogs to do their business. It served the purpose of a place to gather and sleep. Alot of garbage bags and cans in ally, so parking was little bit of a challenge. Overall we had a great visit in Erie for our conference at the convention center.

Worst experience
The owner not only ignored my messages & calls prior to arrival, but then ignored 8 phone calls during my stay. I arrived to a dirty home with bags full of garbage on the kitchen floor, dirty towels in the bathrooms & dirty sheets on the bed. I had to spend hours washing everything myself. I expect a full refund.

Cute but dirty
Cute home. Bring your own sheets, towels, wash clothes and bath mat. You need to provide your own hand soap, tissues and paper towels. Plan to spend your first hour or two cleaning. Bring a swifer.
We never got to stay. The owner never gave me a code, I had 6 relatives with me, it was hot, the home had tons of garbage lined on the side . I had to call the realtor on the sign of the for sale sign to get in touch with the owner, as he was not answering my calls or text messages. After over an hour, the owner text me to say , Sorry, the people who rented the home checked out late and the home was not cleaned. By this time I am fuming. I reserved this in April. It is now July and we have no where to stay. I text back how do I get a refund. Never said anything to me. I called Vrbo and they were so very nice and refunded my money. My trip sucked. Never again.
We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again. Located close to everything we wanted to do. Was nice for 2 families because of the 2 completely separate living spaces. All together a really nice stay.
Convenient location witb plenty of space for eberyo everyone
We had a great stay. The home is older with a lot of character. The kids loved having a TV in their room and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house is a quick drive to the zoo, Waldameer. Presque Island, and Bicentennial Tower. We did not find anything within walking distance, but there is off street parking for your a vehicle.
A charming house with promising potential was unfortunately overshadowed by significant cleanliness leading to a disappointing experience and poor value for the price. While the property itself has endearing qualities and is adequately furnished, the overall condition upon arrival was unacceptable. The house was dirty, with unclean rugs and floors immediately noticeable. A closer inspection revealed an accumulation of dust and dirt under the beds, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning for some time. The lack of basic amenities was also a major inconvenience. Only a single roll of toilet paper and dispenser of shower gel were provided for two bathrooms, an insufficient supply for any length of stay.A significant and unsanitary issue was the state of the exterior. Weeks of trash from previous occupants had been left to accumulate on the side of the house, the very location where new guests are instructed to leave their own garbage. This not only created an unsightly environment but also raises concerns about hygiene and pest control. In conclusion, the positive aspects of the house do not outweigh the serious shortfalls in cleanliness and basic provisions. The price paid is not justified by the quality of the accommodation provided, resulting in a very poor value proposition.
We were in town for a funeral & this house suited our needs perfectly. Location to everything was great. We really enjoyed having the 2 separate floors that had their own beds, baths, kitchens & living rooms. It was very cozy & comfortable.
We had a great stay. The location of the house was perfect for the little bit of sightseeing we got to do in between our music concerts.
The size and layout of the place was perfect since at the time of booking I wasn't sure how many people we'd have.
Everything we needed was there and the place was clean and easy to settle into.
Thanks!
Our stay was wonderful. Even though the weather didn't cooperate we were still able to find things to do. The house is beautifully decorated and clean. We loved that we could bring our dog. The host was easy to reach in case we had any issues. We would stay here again
It is an older home. It was perfect for a one night stay. Things that could be improved: The steps were somewhat cleared of snow, the driveway was not. It should have been cleared. We were able to pull one car onto the drive, but the smaller car would have gotten stuck and had to park in the street. There were no hand towels or soap in the bathrooms. We had to use the dish soap from the kitchen and wash cloths to dry. It also would have been nice to have a top sheet on the bed and not just the fitted sheet. But overall, it met our purpose.
I have stayed at several vrbos before. I’ve never had a bad experience, this takes the cake for the worst. It all started as our hosts failed to respond multiple times to requests in the app. Then, We were unable to check in for nearly an hour after check in time even with the intervention of vrbo. The only reason we were successful is because when we pulled up to the property we watched a realtor remove a sign from the front yard and put it off to the side so after waiting a period of time we texted and called the realty office to see if we had been catfished. It was that process of nearly an hour that got us into the home. Once into the home, it was clear that the property had not been cleaned prior to us arriving and someone was actively staying there. A bed had clearly been slept in, there was a hairdryer and curling iron actively plugged in in a separate bedroom, dirt on the floors, a dirty diaper in the trash, a used razor in the bathroom. Neither bathrooms had fresh rolls, both were less then a 1/4. There was hypertension medicine found in the bedside table - thankfully by an adult not a child. The backyard was unusable as there were at minimum 4-5 cats swarming the small enclosed yard at all times. There was trash and beer cans left throughout the yard. Dishes were in the sink and dishwasher. There were wires found on the floor and wires hanging above the stove just open and out there.

We had to call to get the access code. When we arrived the owner was still there. The floors were very dirty. We ended up spending over an hour cleaning to stay 1 night.
