Lovely stay. Very cute neighborhood. Very clean. 5 minute walk to the Pier & the Marina. Kitchen was well appointed, bed was comfortable. One more beach chair would be nice as there was only one, and a few ice trays would be a great addition. Nespresso machine was a nice treat! Would definitely stay again. Beautiful property.

This property is in a great location. A couple of blocks from the waterfront and State street. Great furnishings and clean. Management is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Suggestion: a few more coffee pods and a little bistro set out front would be great (we were in unit A) Thank you I would def stay here again.

Left after one night due to constant noise (children running / jumping etc etc) from Apt above. Unit itself was nice and as advertised and location is great. If you stay here suggest requesting an upper level apartment. Family and kids above Unit A appear to be permanent residents.

Perfect place for a family. 3 blocks to the beach, 1 block from the train station, walkable to State st and Funk zone. The unit had everything we needed. Picked this place because of the location and it had a pack and play (brand new and waterproof sheet provided!). The host was very responsive, answered my call when I had a question about the unit prior to our visit. The front gated space is shaded pretty much all day and was a nice space for my kiddos to play. Kitchen is very well equipped. Quiet street with an off street parking spot. Great experience!

Great apartment and conveniently located to all attractions

We stayed 7 days at this apartment. Apartment is exactly as shown in photos, everything is super clean and apt is equipped with everything we needed. We cooked some light dishes one night and had everything we needed for the cooking in the kitchen. Very nice that host also provided couple water bottles and some snacks. Appreciated all the well thought out details throughout the apartment. On-premise parking is one of the reasons we chose this apt. Neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. Under 10 mins walk to the Stearns Wharf and nearby eateries. Amtrak station is also just down the street if you care to take the train. Ralphs supermarket is 5 mins drive from apt. It's about an hour drive to Solvang and only 10-20 mins drive to other popular attractions. Overall, we are very happy with our stay and would recommend this place.
