"Seasational" is the perfect beachfront, poolside, first floor penthouse, featuring a single level layout, no stairs, with a gated parking area and a private garage space. The beach, pool and hot tub are just steps from the back door!

Two parking spaces: one in the garage and one overflow parking space on a first-come, first-served basis.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

We love this place! Our family has done a vacation here 2 years in a row. It’s the perfect amount of space for a large family. The direct beach access is perfect for little ones. Very nice and up to date. Love having the pool and hot tub! Great location in the middle of everything! This is our go to spot. Can’t wait to go back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The villa is very spacious with plenty of indoor seating. The kitchen is fully equipped and the beds are very comfortable. Proximity to the beach is super convenient! One of the bathrooms had some mold and loose tiles.

Wonderful

Perfect location on the beach. Included everything we needed and more. Very spacious, clean and well maintained. The knives in the kitchen need to be sharpened which is our only complaint. The place is awesome!

From the minute we walked in the front door we knew this was going to be a fantastic week enjoying pool, sand and sun. It was clean, had everything we needed and plenty of sleeping space for 13 people. We were on the first floor and the pool was literally right outside our back porch and the beach just a short walk. The only negative would be parking. For a unit that sleeps so many people it would be nice to be able to park at least 3 cars on the property or be provided a safe alternative to park additional vehicles. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay very much. Recommendations would be - - trash can in the laundry room- more chairs at the pool. (8 chairs is very lacking, particularly if all units are full.)- at least 4 chairs on the patio and a table would also be a nice addition on the first floor.- parking is also difficult. The units are designed to host multiple families who likely drive separately. It would not be unusual for each unit to have 3 or 4 vehicles each. Alternate parking options would be nice to have for the property to accommodate all guests .- The first floor view should be advertised. There is no ocean view because of the dune. That would definitely influence some renters decision.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is very well designed for a family trip. Appreciate the king queen beds in 3 of 4 “adult” bedrooms. The kids loved the bunk room and especially nice that beds are doubles. First floor location very convenient for access to pool and beach boardwalk. Condo was very clean which we appreciated. Some of kitchen cookware could use a refresh and assessment for a few common cooking essentials. Dinnerware and flatware plentiful. Small appliances in kitchen worked well. The Wolf range and the subzero refrigerator were perfect for food prep for large family (12 adults/children). The ice machine was very very convenient! So nice to not have to continually buy bags of ice. Condo location convenient to Winn Dixie and Skippers Seafood. Other shopping/dining within walking distance and/or short drive

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Villa Burago 1, Miramar Beach FloridaWe arrived on Saturday March 9th. When I opened the door I was in awe. The long hallway had 5 bedrooms. There were 4 Master Suites and one Bunkbed room with full over full beds. Each bedroom had a large tv. At 4400 square feet every room was a good size. As I looked down the long hallway, I could see all the way outside to the patio with the pool, hot tub and just beyond was the sand dune. The interior was just as pictured from the website. There were plenty of spots to eat at the long table, bar or the smaller table that we used for games. There are 2 sets of service for 12 so plenty of dishes and silverware for everyone. Small appliances included coffee maker, Kurig, several toasters, air fryer etc. I would have liked a griddle to make pancakes. The large double oven was nice but was missing the needed bakeware such as several sheet pans. (there was only 1). This made it difficult to use the oven as needed to feed the number of guests the house permits. I believe the pool maintenance person was there every morning making sure everything was in good order and cleaned the pool. We did not have any issues. The ocean was pretty cold and we didn’t realize the pool wasn’t heated, so thankfully there was a hot tub! Everyone enjoyed their stay and had plenty of space! We would definitely rent here again.
