Just 10-15 minutes from Granby, Winter Park and Fraser, this chalet style home is ideal for a getaway weekend in Grand County! This house features a custom steam shower, expansive deck with hot tub, fenced in backyard, wood burning stove and plenty of beds for adults and kids! The master bedroom features a king size bed along with a double bed and the second bedroom features a queen size bed, closet and working space. There is also a comfy futon in the loft for extra sleeping space!

My name is Elizabeth and I currently live in Denver, CO. I work for Aurora Public Schools and love being an educator. My partner, Lucas, works in Economic Development in Adams County. We both love the outdoors which is what led us to purchase this home in Grand County. Whether we're snowboarding, hiking, biking, climbing, we can't get enough of it! We love to travel and hope to explore as many parts of the world as we can.

Why they chose this property

When the COVID-19 pandemic hit in March 2020, we decided to buy this fixer upper as a "pandemic project." Little did we know we would fall in love with this space along with the Grand County community. We wanted to make sure this house was an inviting space for our guests, so we dove in head first with renovations including new flooring and tile throughout the house, the addition of the loft, new stairs, railings, paint, barnwood ceiling, carport addition and backyard landscaping including a flagstone patio and a retaining wall and fence. Needless to say, this project kept us very busy and we hope you enjoy the results! Our highest priority is your safety and enjoyment!
