Guest are welcome to join in many activities including cards, pickleball, tennis, and crafts. 20 minutes from the international airport and 15 minutes to downtown.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place used towels and sheets in a pile on the washer in the laundry closet. Don't wash them. Place all garbage in the outside trash bin. Clean out the fridge and dispose of any food.
Replace all furniture to its original location. Clean the kitchen, replace dishes and serving utensils into drawers or cabinets. Check all drawers and behind doors to avoid forgetting personal items.
Turn off all light and adjust the thermostat to a a cost saving level. (Heat 55/AC 85).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
