About this property

I created this diferent/rustic house just for you, pick up your favorite spot and then just sit and relax on your own way.

Youll get an amazing mountain view, youre going to be able to go walking/hicking/biking and breathe nature.

This is a cozy and different house that has been designed with some areas to relax, as a pool, palapa etc. In the front of the house it has some sliding windows that you can open and conect with the exterior area.

The place is super quiet and special for a family vacation, we have a barbecue, palapa, pool and other spaces to live together.

It has a pickleball court, ask for details.

This neigborhood is close to bike trails, mountains, nature, we dont have traffic but we are also 4 minutes away from main blvd in San Carlos.

What makes this property unique

the desing is very unique, some others tryed to copy me, but I think all of my propertys are very unique/rustic/modern, defently you going to find some spots to take a selfie.
