Modern Farmhouse 2 BR Duplex in South Slope w/Private Patio
Our family will be traveling for the summer and are looking for someone to sublet for about 7 weeks. The space will be fully furnished. One bedroom has a queen bed and one has a toddler crib (though upon request we may be able to move this out and temporarily put in a pullout couch or air mattress).
This modern and stylish ground level DUPLEX apartment features:
-Private entrance – no need to walk through apartment building
-Two bedrooms and a third room that can be utilized as additional living room, play room, home office, or 3rd bedroom
-2 bathrooms – one with tub and one with shower
-In unit washer/dryer
-Patio area with table and chairs
-Open kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher
-Additional wet bar located on the lower level
-Tenant controlled thermostat
