The awesome location of this property is between the marina side and the beach. The unit is just down the street from all of the restaurants, a park, and a beach area to launch your paddle boards or kayak.

You can rent extra bikes, child bikes, child bike accessories, E-bikes, kayaks, and stand-up boards from our managers and have them delivered to your door!

What makes this property unique

private patio on the 3rd floor of this unit. A great view. The excellent location means no car is needed, with several restaurants, waterfront dining options, Newport Pier, and a grocery store all within walking or biking distance. Local transportation is also readily available.
