There is seating at the breakfast bar, and the charming dining space is perfect for family-style meals. Comfortable furnishings also await—settle in and watch TV with Netflix streaming as a respite from the heat.

This house is a quick drive or bike ride from Newport Beach and the pier, as well as an assortment of restaurants and shops. More fun awaits a little farther down the Balboa Peninsula at the Balboa Fun Zone, while Huntington Beach is just a short drive away. Disneyland is also within easy driving distance for the amusement park lovers in your group!

*Streaming services are available using your own accounts.
*A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) applies to all reservations.
*Please note that a washer and dryer are not available at this property.
*An air mattress is provided for additional sleeping space.
*While the dock is available for you to enjoy on foot, it is not available for guest boat mooring. During the summer months, the homeowner's friends and family may use the dock on weekends.
