The cozy main level has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, while the lower entertainment space is stocked with games, shuffleboard, air hockey and wet bar! Comfy queen beds in both bedrooms and a pull-out sleeper sofa in the basement for larger groups. Full sized kitchen with pots/pans, coffee bar and dishwasher! On-sight washer and dryer are also available. Garage parking is not included.
$15 additional charge per person per night for over 4 people.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all used linens (sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers, bath towels, dish towels ect) into the washer and start the load. DO NOT wash down comforter. Do not remove mattress protector.
Trash bins are along alley. Blue bin is recycling and grey bin is trash, do not put anything in green bin. DO NOT MOVE OUTSIDE GARBAGE CANS, leave at alley street.
If you would like to extend your stay, always feel free to ask. Even if the days are not shown as available in the app, there may be a possibility to add more days to your stay : )
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties. There will be a fine charged if there are more than the requested guests. Do not leave fire pit unattended and extinguish when done.
There are security cameras on the front, side and back doors. Any tampering with the security system will result in a fine.
Do not plug in r/v’s or campers to the house exterior outlet.
