Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our Cozy Cottage style home on Lake Gaston home.

We love the open floor plan for this 3 bedroom, 2 bath offshore manufactured home located in beautiful Pea Hill Creek with a private community boat ramp 1/10th of a mile (2 minute walk).

Enjoy reading a book on the large front porch facing the lake or relax under the covered back porch.

We have ample parking for all your lake toys.

We provide linens and towels for your convenience.

Our cleaning includes an Ozone treatment between guests to deodorize and purify the air leaving you that clean, crisp smell ahead of a Spring time rain.

Dogs are welcomed!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Summer - Return AC to 75
Winter - Return Heat to 65
A $200 excessive cleaning fee will apply if the home requires more than a basic cleaning (including the oven & outdoor grill).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Government Issue ID Required for booking approval No moving furniture $100 Excessive cleaning fee applies if more than basic cleaning is required.
$30 fee will apply if keys are lost or not returned upon checkout.
Pets should be kenneled when unattended and leashed when outside. No pets on furniture. Clean up after your pet. 2 kennels available upon request.

My husband Jeff and I have been married 28 years. We have a 4-year-old female charcoal lab named Graycie and a 2-year-old female yellow lab name Gemma. We live full-time on beautiful Lake Gaston in NC. Our favorite hobbies include boating, fishing, swimming, reading, antique shopping, music and seafood. Most weekends are filled with making memories with our family and friends and taking an occasional trip to explore towns we've never visited.

Why they chose this property

Our goal was to create an affordable place for a couple or small family to enjoy a getaway at the lake. We completely understand the love to travel with our fur kids so offering a pet friendly home was super important to us. We hope we've created a space where you feel comfortable and relaxed.
