****Please note, this unit is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Must be able to access via stairs.
Welcoming space and vaulted ceilings! Top floor 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom unit located at the Fairways at River Oaks.
Enjoy the screened in balcony with open space behind the unit.
This unit is perfect for a golf trip or a family vacation. The unit resides just a quick 10 minute drive to the beach.
Community pool and hot tub in walking distance.
Plenty of nearby activities including Broadway at the beach, Ripley’s aquarium, Top Golf, Myrtle Waves water park, the boardwalk, and more.
Wi-Fi is included in your stay
Smart TV’s located in the living room and both bedrooms.
Kitchen: Stocked with basic cooking supplies, plates, silverware, cups, etc. Coffee pot/ Keurig provided.
Bathrooms: Provided with basic starter toiletries. Bathtub in one of the bathrooms.
Laundry: In unit private washer and dryer.
Smart lock with personalized code for contactless check-in.
-Guests do not have unauthorized access to the golf course. Please book a tee time through the club house if you would like to have access to the course.
Parking
Per the HOA, No motorcycles, trailers or RVs are allowed in the parking lot. They will be subject to tickets or towing.
Parking first come/ first serve.
Parking pass to be provided and displayed.
On-site security from 6PM to 4AM. Outside of the unit monitored by cameras

-The outdoor pool is open April 1st -November 1st. Dates dependent on weather.
