Nice quiet spot

Clean, updated house nestled in a green forestry setting. We enjoyed the hot tub while relaxing outside. The property is down the street from the river.(chairs and tubes provided) Two min drive to Safeway. Bodega Bay is close by in one direction, and wineries such as Korbel are close in the other. We had a good time. Thanks!

Relaxing and quiet

Girlfriend weekend. We spent a lot of time on the front deck listening to the river and the birds sing! Armstrong Redwoods is a short drive for a great hike. Beautiful property. We enjoyed our stay.

The perfect redwoods treehouse

They were not playing when they mentioned they’d be a lot stairs but the privacy and views were absolutely worth it. Everything about the house and location were perfect. The hosts were also easy to get in contact with and incredible friendly. We wished our stay was longer and will absolutely be back in the future.

Wonderful spot

We really enjoyed this place. We've staying in short term rentals in the Russian river area before and this one is our favorite so far. Clean, beautifully appointed, nice treetop vistas, nice hot tub, very dog friendly and good communication from the management company. Very nice creek across the street as well. 2 thumbs up.

Amazing home and stay!

We enjoyed this home a lot. Place is beautiful, clean, and well-equipped. We brought our fur baby too and he had a great time as well. Close to downtown and shops. Coziest cabin!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! The biggest pro is how secluded it felt being up in the trees while still being close to town. It rained during our stay but we still enjoyed the hot tub and how well stocked the kitchen was. We did have issues with the Apple hub device which controlled the outdoor lighting and had trouble communicating with property managers due to not having service. Owners offered to come in person to fix but we declined due to it being our last day. Would definitely stay again!

Great cabin in the woods

Sydney’s river retreat is an amazing cottage/cabin hidden in the hills and trees. There are a few stairs to climb to get into the property but reviews had let us know this ahead of time so we came with bags prepared to walk the short walk up. We arrived in the dark later in the evening and the stairs are on a timer which helped us see in the dark. The property was very clean and tidy and the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could need. There is a Safeway not far away for anything you may have forgotten. We also used the bbq which is just outside. The bathrooms were clean each bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Both balconies are beautiful in their own right and we really enjoyed sitting listening to the stream and birds in the morning and sitting in the hot tub on the other. We did have an issue but the property manager was very quick to come help. After a long day hiking we really appreciated the quick response time. There are so many state parks close by and the beach is only 20 mins down the road we loved exploring everything it had to offer and would love to visit again in the future.
