Newly Renovated!!!Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, with this beach front condo with Spectacular Direct Ocean view on Beach. Enjoy the Spectacular Direct Ocean views from your own oceanfront condo on the beach. Centrally located on the Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach border. Listen to the ocean from your living room/master bedroom with a full view, fully furnished. 4th floor, huge 27 ft. porch, pool in very peaceful area. Only 25 condo's in the whole complex and 50% of people are not there most of the time and 50% are only 1 person owners. 2 large bedrooms, master has a beautiful ocean view. Heated pool by the ocean with outdoor shower. 1 King Bed, 1 Queen bed, a twin and a twin pull out coach. Beach equipment, floats, cooler, wave board, chairs. Walk to Restaurants, convenient store but in a quiet neighborhood. Few people on the beach, see rocket launches from your deck or the beach. You will love it like all our guests have. Summer by the ocean

Beautiful condo with amazing access to the ocean. Well stocked kitchen and appliances. Stayed for a few months for work and had a great time! Wish I could have stayed longer.

Perfect Location

Great location with a fabulous direct ocean view. We enjoyed watching rocket launches from the balcony and it was fun to see cruise ships sailing by on a daily basis. The owners obviously put a lot of thought into what their visitors might need, especially in the kitchen. Communication was great and they promptly addressed any questions/concerns we had.

Great Condo on the ocean with wonderful view.

Fabulous view from the huge porch with a direct ocean view. Loved hearing the ocean, we cracked the door and heard the ocean all day. Even inside it felt like we were on the ocean. Enjoyed seeing the cruise ships go by and was lucky enough to see a rocket launch from the porch. Very comfortable bed and furniture and loved the ocean vibe of the whole condo. Great location, uncrowded beach and close to restaurants, Cocoa beach and the port. Quiet location barely saw and other person in the complex, enjoyed the pool which we had to our selves. A well-stocked house and kitchen, the owners clearly took care in designing and furnishing the condo and were very nice and quickly answered our questions. We hope to book for longer next year.

Fabulous ocean-front place in paradise!!

Thanks so much for hosting us in your Sea Jade condo!! Spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean from the balcony and living room and master bedroom. Such a wonderful place to hang out and do nothing for a month. But we did alot!! The nearby Kennedy Space Center tour was fascinating. And the launches viewed from the beach and from the balcony were beyond amazing. Two of them had the booster landing only a few miles away from us. Indoor and outdoor pickleball was just a short walk away. The outdoor Nancy Hanson courts had many 3.5+ players every morning. Every day walks on the beach out back are treasured. Thanks for hosting us - looking forward to our next visit !!

Why they chose this property

The big ocean view steps from the beach 🏖️. Very centrally located in a very calm quiet neighborhood in a small kind of complex. New Community center one block from the condo. You can enjoy a monthly membership a daily membership, inside walking track, exercise facility and indoor pickle courts. There is also outdoor pickle courts three blocks away. We are 1 mile easy walking distance from the Cocoa Beach pier. sidewalks for walking and biking it’s a Wonderful neighborhood feel.

What makes this property unique

One of the many reasons we love it is the wide open porch and full ocean view, you can see the NASA and Blue origin towers and launches directly from our porch with the naked eye. We also love that we're close to the Port Canaveral, close to Cocoa Beach great restaurants. The manatee preserve is less than 2 miles away we're just today they saw lots of manatees. Wonderful restaurants, Chartered fishing out of Port Canaveral and fishing right off the beach in front of the Condo. Disney, universal, SeaWorld and all the fun in Orlando is less than an hour away.
