Great and Simple

Our stay was just what we wanted. It was reasonbly priced, proximity to our event was good and neighborhood was fine. Sound does travel easily through the unit so audible privacy within the unit is minimal, but wasn't a huge issue for us. Thanks!

Thank you for the wonderful accommodations. Our host was very gracious. We stayed on the ground floor with my in-laws due to their age. The second-floor tenants weren't very considerate as they decided to party most of the night. I do understand that this is out of your control for the most part, but not very pleasant for ground-floor occupants.

The property was in excellent condition, reminding me of loft style living, I liked the lighting thru out the place, having a dimer switch would have been nice to have. The bedrooms very roomy, clean and comfortable. We felt safe and secure, The kitchen fully stocked as I cooked the entire stay. I would suggest to get rid of Teflon coated pans, they were not usable, the stainless yes . A can opener is needed, and a mixing bowl. all and all a great place to stay safe, secure and near just about everything. Our party was comfortable and relaxed. I enjoyed the book about the history of the Derby. I would suggest anyone stay at this property, I'm glad I chose it, as it can be a challenge choosing a property, with this one, what you see in the description is exactly what you get. Thank you Andrew.

The pictures don’t do this home justice. The industrial vibe in a former warehouse/store front is updated beautifully. The host thought of everything you need to enjoy this home away from home in an up and coming area of Louisville. The home was clean, beds were comfortable, linens soft and the host was highly responsive. The backyard area was the perfect location to continue the bourbon tastings in a relaxed atmosphere with our family. If we are fortunate enough to return to Louisville, we will definitely rebook here!
