A cozy cottage on the border of Deruyter Forest and Cazenovia. The panoramic views of the rolling hills and lakes make this the perfect getaway to explore nature. The cottage is 10 minutes from Delphi Falls, 15 minutes from Cazenovia and 20 minutes from Chittenango Falls State Park. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the other is an office space with a twin-sized bed. The living room in the summer is a perfect place to enjoy the view. Four-wheel or all wheel drive is necessary to get up the steep driveway.
