About this property

Full condo with a million dollar view of the ocean- Sands Ocean Club

You’ll be charmed by this adorable place to stay with a mesmerizing view of the ocean from anywhere in the room. This newly remodeled unit is an efficiency hotel room with a heat/no heat opt fireplace, a 50 inch TV with cable and streaming, queen bed, sofa sleeper and full bathroom. The kitchen has a two burner cooktop, large microwave, air fryer, full refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker complete with k-cups, creamer and sugars.
Our condos are set up like basic efficiency hotel rooms. We take a lot of pride in cleanliness and up to date decor and ask for respect for our property to be left in the same shape as it was found.
Guest access
Self check in with a door code that is unique to only you. A message is sent to the guest on the morning of check in with specific instructions. Our usual check in time is 3pm but we try our best to have our guest in earlier if possible.
Other things to note
We also have access to the condo room across the hall for families who want to be together but in separate rooms. Both rooms are ocean view on the 5th floor and have private balconies.

Why they chose this property

This particular property is an older resort but is extremely popular. It is family friendly but most popular with the older crowd. During the famous yearly spring, summer and fall bike weeks, this resort is most often a sell out. The band plays out by the ocean/pool as weather permits and also has a full bar available.
