The space
The bedroom has Queen-Sized NovaForm mattress with comfy bedding and black-out shades. Heating and air conditioning. The living room has a convertible couch that turns into a Full-sized bed. Bathroom has a glass-enclosed walk-in shower, TOTO toilet, tile floors, and floating vanity. Kitchen has full amenities including NutriBullet blender, electric teapot, Keurig. Kitchen island eating area with Caesar Stone counters. Smart TV with complimentary Netflix, HULU, ESPN, and Disney. Fast and private WiFi. Washer and Dryer in the unit. There are outdoor areas to enjoy including a porch area and side yard with Adirondack chairs with firepit. Outdoor warm water shower for after surfing. We tried to think of and provide everything you would need to have a comfortable stay here!

Pleasure Point is a fun, laid back area. Folks walk their dogs or bike along the ocean cliff-views. There's a happy, unpretentious vibe here. People are happy when they are near the ocean! Visitors and Locals alike love to grab a breakfast burrito at The Point Market (at end of the street), sit and watch veteran and new surfers surf at the many breaks at Pleasure Point, and take in the sunset at Rockview just a few blocks away. Oh, and if you want surf tips, insider knowledge about surf breaks all over Santa Cruz and up and down the Hwy 1 Coast, or even a surf lesson, just ask and we can help out with that!
