We really enjoyed our stay. The owners John and Karen were great during our stay. The property sets on a bayou that offers great scenery and really good fishing. It’s in a great area that feels remote while nestled in the town of Madisonville. We had ages from 17-49 and everyone enjoyed the stay. The house was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be going back when we are in the area.

Great location near restaurants

Great place to hang out with family in relaxed atmosphere. Bathrooms a bit dated but worked well for our group. Easy walking distance to restaurants and waterfront.

Granddaughter Graduation

Family of 7 came for high school graduation. The cottage was very nice and the hosts were excellent. Beautiful property. We were pretty busy but we did make some time for just a little fishing. The kitchen had anything we needed. We would definitely come back.
