Stroll to restaurants, great coffee houses, parks, boutique shopping, grocer and the Southern Hotel. With original details, high ceilings and hardwood floors, this newly restored two bedroom and two bath has its own private entrance and huge private outdoor deck. Just down the back drive to walk to the river park to kayak, paddle board or take in a free outdoor concert in the Spring and Fall. Enjoy complimentary coffee and tea each morning on your private deck shaded by Live Oaks and Magnolia trees.
