Located under two miles west of the Navarre Beach bridge, this condo is the tallest building on this side of the beach!

Being a short drive down the beach ensures that the beach is not crowded while it still has umbrella and chair service available if you wish to purchase separately.

Beautiful, small, cozy, (800 sq. ft.) condo for family vacation that comes very well equipped.

Amazing views from 7th floor especially for those who wish to enjoy the sunrise with their coffee from their balcony in the mornings.

The Navarre Beach Fishing Pier is a record-holding fishing pier in Navarre, Florida. At 1,545 feet long, the pier is the longest of its kind in the state. It is the 15th longest public pier of any kind in the United States.

Juana's Pagodas and Andy D's local restaurants provide food and entertainment - live music, volleyball, as well as hosting events for holidays and special occasions.

Beach chairs and umbrella are provided in the condo if you want to set them up yourself.

We really enjoyed the condo. Beautiful place and view. Little things matter, like the shelving unit by the fridge and by sinks in the bathrooms. We've stayed at Sundunes 5 times, this was the best unit we've stayed in. We look forward to booking again. Great and helpful host!

Pleasant place to stay

Loved the views from the condo. Great balcony furniture!We had extra teens show up and were delighted to discover the sofa bed. Management approval was great.

Stay was wonderful! Condo was cozy, 7 floor was perfect! View was amazing as was the beach. Beach was never crowded could always find a spot up front even when we didnt go out till 11am! Great memorues were made!

By far the best condo we have had at the beach. Perfect size for my husband and self. Comfortable furniture, well furnished kitchen, loved the chairs on the balcony. The East facing window let morning sun in, without having the afternoon heat warm the room. Its everything the owners describe in the rental description.

This condo is the perfect size for our family of 4. We loved being able to sit out on the balcony to view the gulf. The ease of access to the beach was a major plus, it’s a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked. My favorite part was having coffee readily available because I love having coffee in the mornings.

This property is owned and hosted by a local family. Our family has been coming to Navarre Beach for vacation since the mid-1980's. We are thrilled to introduce new people to the area and provide a calm and relaxing get away from the hustle and bustle.

Why they chose this property

The beautiful white sand on the Navarre Beach combined with the emerald green clear waters are really unmatched in the United States. Navarre has been 'The Best Kept Secret' and is now "Florida's Most Relaxing Place". While it has the seclusion to relax, it also is not a far drive for those who like shopping and entertainment as well.

What makes this property unique

This property is unique because although some parts of Navarre Beach have begun to be crowded, this property is a bit down the beach from the crowds so you can still have some beach all to yourself.
