This bright & spacious 2-bedroom 2 bath condo has stunning views of Perdido Key's gorgeous surroundings. The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a king size bed and tub/shower combo. The living room has a sleeper sofa, 2 recliners and 2 additional side chairs, perfect spot to curl up and watch your favorite movie on the 65-inch flat screen. The dining room features glass top table with additional breakfast bar seating. The gourmet kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. This unit offers both drip/Keurig coffee maker, so make sure to pack your favorite flavors.
SeaSpray offers 3 refreshing pools, a hot tub, kayak rack, propane grill house, tennis/pickleball courts and private boat launch. Explore the well-maintained landscaping and beach access with a traffic controlled pedestrian walkway, Visit our well-equipped fitness center. Enjoy the spectacular pristine white sands of Perdido Key
Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.
Parking passes are managed by VRPS (Vacation Rental Parking). Guest will receive an invitation to register up to 2 vehicles per condo: $55.00 plus tax, per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee is $350.00 per week or $55.00 per day.
Any vehicles not registered will be ticketed, booted or towed at vehicle owner's expense.

There are (2) Level 2 Blink Electric Vehicle Chargers at SeaSpray Condos in the Riverside parking lot. The 2 spaces are near the maintenance shop.
