Just one block from the beach, you’ll fall in love with this tastefully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bath light-filled beach home, designed for comfort and effortless vacation living.
The spacious, fully equipped kitchen features high-end appliances, including a wine cooler—perfect for preparing meals and entertaining. Step outside and you’ll discover your private backyard oasis, the ultimate place to unwind. Fire up the BBQ grill and enjoy lunch or dinner al fresco, relax beside the private pool, or soak up the beautiful Florida sunshine.
As the evening cools, gather under the tiki hut with a cozy fire pit, the perfect spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy warm coastal nights. This is vacation living at its best.

My husband and I stayed for 19 nights and truly enjoyed Domenica’s lovely home. We had a little issue at the beginning of the stay , the hot water heater broke, but the host and property manager worked diligently to get it fixed. We’ve vacationed on singer island for 12 years. Domenica’s house is very well located and fully stocked for cooking. The pool was heated and the outdoor space is fabulous.

This was a beautiful house with great amenities!! The beach access was a great bonus. We enjoyed everything about it, My only request would have been Tv's in the bedrooms as some full length mirrors as well.

The house has been recently remodeled and had everything we needed for a nice vacation with our adult children. We enjoyed eating and relaxing on the covered patio and tiki hut. It was a short walk to the beach.

Great location and beautiful home

We enjoyed our two week stay on Singer Island. Domenica was very communicative and helpful in accommodating our requests. The house is beautiful and comfortable, and the outdoor space is amazing. It’s a short walk (across the street) to the beach or you can enjoy the lovely pool and tiki bar.

Serene, Lovely & New

We stayed about a week at this newly renovated home. Everything was lovely and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed our time very much! Domenica was very responsive to our questions and requests. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Singer Island.

Great location and house amenities!

This newly renovated home is a perfect size for a family. Big primary bedroom and bath. Two smaller bedrooms on opposite side of house for kids. Kitchen has all things needed for cooking meals. Lovely pool, tiki hut, and grill made for a fun backyard. Quick walk across main street to the beautiful beach. Domenica was kind and quick to respond.

Family Get Away

This property stood out immediately when we were looking for a home close to beach. It was better than described. Literal 3 min walk to ocean water. Access to beach chairs and towels was fantastic. Property was just recently renovated top to bottom and it is beautiful. Large fully functioning kitchen and room to entertain and house a large group. Fully stocked. Garage for vehicle and lots of seating in back yard with great evening lighting. The owner operator was fantastic to work with and ensured that we had everything we needed. Looking forward to future stays. Don’t miss this one, it’s a sleeper because it just came online.
