JUST LISTED WITH VRBO! Welcome to our home away from home. If this property is not available, please check our other nearby home VRBO #4976275. Our 3500+ ft home has 5 bedrooms and 5 baths with no rear neighbors and beautiful pond and wildlife to enjoy. Sitting in the gated community of Watersong, everyone can have their own space including both a main floor living room and an upstairs living room. Only a short drive to Disney, Universal, Margaritaville and Sea World for all the park enthusiasts. Lots of shopping and great restaurants nearby including Walmart, Target, Publix, Longhorn, Outback, Olive Garden and Applebees.

Whether you here to relax in the Florida sunshine, golf or visit the themeparks, come to Watersong and make yourselves at home!

The house was great, beds were comfortable, everything was what we wanted, very happy with the tvs, furniture, pool and spa, game room, etc, overall awesome. On the flip side, we gave 4 stars instead of 5 since the host didn't reply to either of our messages after arrival, there weren't supplies you'd find in a hotel - there was only 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, 2 dishwasher & laundry pods, 1 paper towel roll, no hand towels, only 1 towel.per person, no condiments like salt and pepper, no ziploc bags, etc.and the grill was padlocked for owner use only. Overall, a great stay and would return, hopefully better stocked.

Very disappointed in the 4 star review. I personally replied to each of the emails that the guest sent to me. As for supplies, the typical items that management companies supply were in the home. Lastly, our grill is for personal use only as we have had issues in the past where guests don't clean the grill after use, or leave the tank empty for the next guest. I offered to arrange a rental for the guest but he declined. Hoping to see him back to our home soon. Rob & Cathy

A great place to stay

I really have nothing bad to say about this house. Its in a gated community that is extremely quiet. The house itself was great. It was spotless with all the amenities you would need. The second upstairs living room was great also. The pool and hot tub were awesome. It was great to soak in the hot tub before and after a round of golf. The water out back had small bass and 1 small gator. Being in Davenport, it isn't super close to Disney, but it is away from the traffic and there are decent places to eat within a few miles. Communication with the owner ( Rob) was excellent. He returned messages promptly which was helpful. Myself and my golf buddies would definately stay here again.

Watersong is a beautiful gated community that not only provides easy access to shipping, restaurants and entertainment, but it is also a very safe neighborhood and we have no rear neighbors unless you consider all the wildlife that you see from time to time in the huge pond out back.

What makes this property unique

Our property provides a very safe and quiet living experience while at the same time being very close to all the local amenities. With many new furniture pieces as well as a stocked games room, this home stands out from the rest.
