The location was extremely close to the beach and many of the famous OBX spots. This is a great place for families, including pets or those that need wheelchair assistance. The host was very informative and always responsive. It was a lovely stay and we look forward to coming back again.

Very clean home. Location could not be any better. Our over site was not realizing that the fourth bedroom and that toilet area was completely separate from the rest of the house. Restaurants and fast food within walking distance

Sand Sun & Fun

The property was AMAZING! It was decorated in fun beach colors. The proximity to the beach was perfect; it was just a quick stroll in the morning. The backyard was great for our dogs, and would be perfect for small children, too! The beds were super comfortable! We would definitely stay again!

Anniversary get-a-way

We had a great time on our Anniversary ❤️ getaway! We enjoyed playing corn hole & relaxing in the hot tub . 🔥 Fire pit was enjoyable too . Great Location & a short walk to the 🏖️ beach . The home was Cute -& nicely decorated. Nice & colorful. Looking forward to staying again .😀

Perfect family vacation spot!

My family had a great time staying here. It was exactly as described. No complaints at all. Particularly appreciate how well equipped it was to have the family dogs with us. Clean, lots of amenities and in great location. Quickly felt like home away from home. Would definitely stay here again.

The owner responded to any questions I had promptly. The property was as described. The house was clean. The backyard was perfect for our 7 month old puppy. It is an approximately 2.5 block walk to the public access for the beach. Multiple restaurants and ice cream places are within a 2 block radius. There is a 7 Eleven right across the street in case you need anything.The neighbors on both sides are full time residents and were both friendly. We respected the quiet hours of 10 PM and had no issues. This property was perfect for our family which consisted of me, my wife and our 3 children (17, 19 and 20). They each brought a friend and everyone had their own room and there was more than enough space for everyone to relax and not feel like we were on top of each other.

Wonderful Weekend Away

The house was just as it was pictured and described. Everything was clean and it was well stocked. James was easy to communicate with and available if needed. The hot tub was clean and hot! The outdoor area was protected by wind screens, a very nice touch so we could enjoy being outside even when it was windy. Only a short walk to the beach and close to places to eat. Overall a very nice home and we really enjoyed our time there!

Great stay

The kitchen cooking and appliances were excellent. Better than expected. We expected to be able to enjoy the plunge pool and hot tub,However, the chlorine was too high for safety. It was super dog friendly and that was important. We have rescue dogs & their needs were very well met. We had an incredible dinner at Single Fin Thai/ sushi Restaurant. Highly recommend it.

Regarding the pool and hot tub, I reached out to our pool vendor during your stay, and they visited to check the chlorine levels and confirmed that it was safe to use. I understand it may have seemed high on the test strips, but these numbers are common in Dare County and do not pose any danger. Wonderful Home

This place is great. Very clean. The beds are so comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen is present. Several places to hang out which are the living room, screened in porch, deck, covered carport, and back yard. We had 5 adults in the home, and all of us had not one issue. Well maintained. It was nice to have a smart TV in every room. Will definitely stay again.
