About this property

This lovely home in Raymond is located on the edge of Sebago Lake and offers ample space and privacy for you to enjoy. Currently undergoing a winter remodel, the entire first floor will soon boast modern features such as vaulted ceilings, a new kitchen, dining space and family room. Upstairs, you'll find a new master suite, and outside, the property will be beautifully landscaped. Enjoy dinner on the screened porch, relax while roasting marshmallows by the fire pit, and make use of the 10' rowboat and canoe available for your convenience. The lot is level around the house with a slight slope leading to 12 stairs down to the dock and pebbly shore. The dock has a capacity of up to two 24' boats, and the mooring can hold up to a 36' boat. Sebago Lake has plenty of room for boating with access to Brandy Pond and Long Lake via the Songo River, allowing for 40+ miles of navigable waterway. Plus, Windham is just a short drive away, offering shopping, dining and movies. Stay tuned for updated photos of the renovations!

Family Vacation

Only improvement to be suggested is curtains in the main floor back bedroom. A sheet was cut to hang on 3M hooks.
