Nice 3 bedroom house on a fairly private lot in a middle-class neighborhood and looks like the pictures. It was easy to get to the Strip and easy to hit the Summerlin resorts too.

The host was very friendly and responsive. The space was pet friendly and had several decent size bedrooms. The area was conveniently located to travel around the city and had room in the garage to park your vehicle out of the sun.

Stay was nice, property was clean. Would have appreciated a more stocked kitchen - missing some basics that would have made cooking much easier. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of space.

Great place! The kitchen was well equipped to cook another famous holiday family meal! We cooked so much we blew a breaker in the kitchen and the manager was nice enough to come out the day after Christmas to make sure I got it reset correctly. The neighborhood is quiet and close to our relative's home in Summerlin. The home is clean and comfortable. 5 stars all around!
A well appointed Christmas dinner - prime rib, salmon, veggies and salad
Ham and cheesy potatoes
And of course, dinner rolls
