Guests will be granted access to a wide array of shared amenities that include 11 shared pools (five of the 11 shared pools are heated during the winter), a fitness center, and basketball and tennis courts. Family-friendly Panama City Beach attractions like WonderWorks and Ripley's Believe It or Not! are within a few minutes of home. The M.B. Miller County Pier is less than two miles away.

Unwind in the bright living area and watch your favorite shows on the cable-equipped smart TV. Central air-conditioning will keep you cool and comfortable during your stay. The well-equipped kitchen has all the counter space and appliances needed to make meal prep a breeze. Plus, you can surprise your friends with refreshing cocktails or fruit juices using the blender while the dishwasher takes care of all the dishes. There is plenty of seating between the dining table and the breakfast bar. This townhouse offers the convenience of having a private washer/dryer so you won't have to look around for the nearest laundromat to wash your clothes. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
