This white mountain getaway exudes luxury! Complete with 4 Bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms on 4 levels. A separate in-law suite occupies the ground floor. A primary suite occupies the top floor. Tastefully appointed kitchen with top end appliances and furnishings throughout. The wrap around balcony invites you to dramatic views of Loon mountain and 3 season outdoor seating and dining. The property includes parking for up to 3 cars. Includes access to Loon slope side pool/fitness mountain club!
The space
4 levels of luxurious sun splashed living with dramatic mountain views every season of the year! High end kitchen complete with Bosch appliances and furnishings. Lower level has in-law suite with a mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave.
Guest access
Exclusive access to Loons mountain club. Indoor and outdoor heated pools, hot tubs, fitness center, and programming. Spa services are available and towels are provided.
Other things to note
***Coolidge Falls Association is a quiet community and not suitable for parties or large groups. Parking is limited
to 3 cars. Quiet hours are from 10PM - 7AM. Speed limit of 15 MPH strictly enforced. Use of the fireplace is prohibited*****
