Luxury Oceanfront Gated Retreat On Faria Beach Between Ventura And Santa Barbara
In consideration of our neighbors and community please note the following: While the house accommodates up to 6 guests, there is a maximum of 4 adults (age 13 years and older) allowed. Rates are for 4 guests. There is a charge for each additional guest over 4. Please contact owner prior to booking with any questions about the size and composition of your group, or plans you may have to invite additional guests during your stay. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced and exceeding them may result in loss of your security deposit. Parties and special events are not permitted.
This two bedroom, two bath home is as aesthetically pleasing as it is comfortable, with stunning views of the coastline through a wall of glass doors that open directly onto the deck. The ocean is at your feet, accessed by private stairs. Twelve foot high curved ceilings throughout the house create an open and airy feeling that lifts the spirits.
The state of the art kitchen is fully equipped with upscale appliances, including dishwasher, two refrigerators, professional range and convection microwave. The enormous granite island is perfect for socializing around the kitchen. The delightful banquette dining area with 180 degree views of the coastline provides seating for 8 or more.
The spacious master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and professionally designed lighting that provides a romantic ambiance. The deep oversized soaking tub in the master bathroom fills from the ceiling and invites you to light the candles and pamper yourself.
We are located in the gated section of Faria Beach with a private tennis court, picnic table and children's playground a few feet away. PCH offers bike lanes for long rides along the coast. The charming town of Ventura is a few minutes away for shopping, dining and antiquing. Santa Barbara and Ojai are a short drive away.
Faria Beach is known for its excellent surf and amazing variety of conditions. A walk on the beach when the tide is out may find the shoreline sandy or rocky. High tide may bring dramatic crashing waves.

Beautiful beach house
Perfect house, great location right on the beach. This newly remodeled home on the beach was perfect for our family getaway. Cook's kitchen, relaxing deck, easy access to the beach, just the right size for four adults and a newborn. Faria Beach is quiet, conveniently located between Carpinteria and Ventura.

The Perfect Retreat
DeLayne's Faria Beach house was the perfect long weekend getaway for us. It is charming, clean, well-stocked, and with incredible views. Great view and relaxing atmosphere.
We both loved it. Our goal was to read good books and relax while watching the waves roll in. We enjoyed watching the dolphins play and the seals popping their heads up to say hi. Great house, very peaceful, well equipped, and we definitely recommend renting it.

Absolutely stunning!
The house, view and amenities exceeded our expectations. The soaking tub was phenomenal; only problem is now I want one for our master bath! We enjoyed the sound of the surf that lulled us to sleep every night and enjoyed seeing all the marine life. We are looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Picture Perfect Beach House

Beautiful Beach setting
Beautiful beach setting in a lovely quiet gated community. Home is very open and light with fabulous ocean views from large spacious windows. You cannot get any closer to the water. We enjoyed numerous sighting of dophins, sea birds and an occassional sea lion. We would recommend this property to everyone and look forward to visiting again in the future.

This property was originally acquired by my grandmother, Winifred Rebecca McFadden as a getaway from the summer heat at their orange ranch in Bardsdale, California. It has been enjoyed by five generations of our family. The original cottage was rebuilt in 2007 and it is my pleasure to share our beautiful home at wonderful Faria Beach with our guests.

What makes this property unique
Relax with a book in a deck chair while watching the dolphins, pelicans, sea lions and shorebirds. Depending on the tides, take a walk on the beach to search for beach glass or explore the tide pools. The ocean is in charge at Faria Beach, and conditions can vary dramatically from sandy to rocky and from calm to tempestuous! Enjoy surfing, boogie boarding or kayaking at renowned Pitas Point directly in front of the house, or Mondos Cove to the south. Unwind in the soaking tub, then watch the sun set behind the Channel Islands while preparing gourmet meals in the state of the art kitchen.
