Our home has two spacious living areas and is a haven of brightness and openness. The front lounge area features a Samsung 65” 4K QLED Smart TV with HDMI hook-up ready for a gaming console (console not provided). The queen-sized pullout couch is also located in this area, as well as an additional seating area and desk. The oceanside family room holds a spacious L-shaped couch with a full panoramic view of the ocean.

Two bedrooms offer superior comfort with quality mattresses guaranteeing a night of restful sleep; the queen pull-out bed, with an additional mattress topper, in the living room provides additional cozy accommodation. The main bedroom contains a luxurious king bed, a Samsung 50” 4K QLED Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom, complete with a step-in shower that boasts generous water pressure. An additional full bath and a secondary bedroom with bunk beds, featuring a queen lower bunk and an extra large double upper bunk, accommodate your every need. The top bunk is accessed via an enclosed staircase, ensuring young ones' safety as they get in and out of bed. We've taken care of the details – sheets, linens, and towels are all included, ensuring your stay is nothing short of perfection.

A portable gas BBQ grill awaits your grilling expertise, while the fully equipped kitchen caters to your every need for cooking and entertaining at home. Enjoy the convenience of a coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, slow cooker, air fryer, blender, food processor, indoor grill, and hand mixer.

Exclusive access to the beach is available via private stairs, leading you directly to the sun-kissed sand. A meticulously crafted seawall runs along the property, ensuring safety while enjoying the coastal beauty. Adherence to strict rules for all guests guarantees a secure and enjoyable experience (see Rental Agreement & Addendum).

For outdoor activity enthusiasts, our location is an ideal hub. Cycle along the well-paved bike paths, ride the waves in the area's renowned surfing spots, Mondos and Rincon, or explore the ocean via activities out of the Channel Island Harbor in Oxnard. Nature lovers can explore nearby hiking trails, and wine enthusiasts can partake in tastings, all within a short and scenic drive. Enjoy the convenience of private parking in the garage for one small to medium car, or behind the secure gate for one to two medium to large cars. Additional parking is directly in front of the property for up to two more vehicles. Take note of the gentle coastal breeze that naturally keeps the home cool, supplemented by fans and small portable air conditioning units in the bedrooms for your comfort. The home is an excellent setting for intimate get-togethers in a relaxed and stunning environment with family or friends.

The property is professionally cleaned at the renter’s expense (part of the Host Fee) between each stay. For extended stays beyond two weeks, additional professional cleanings are required every two weeks, conveniently scheduled to suit guests and payable at the time of arrival.
