We restored this house to the original configuration with a cute little dining room and kitchen, with all the built-ins still intact. We installed a cute mini fridge and stove that fit perfectly.

Very close to the UofA and downtown. Super quiet neighborhood. Very charming historic house with upscale decor and amenities
