I think this review may be a mistake. The guest said "Very convenient location.Very cute!" and very much enjoyed their stay and said they would be back. I provided the guest with an extra late checkout as well.

Our host was responsive and very accommodating with allowing us to have a late checkout. Although this is a two bedroom, it is a very good use of space and felt very homely. The energy they have put into the unit shows in every detail. The exterior sitting areas, front and back, were perfect to relax and soak in the quiet neighbor hood. Being walking distance to UOA made it easy to visit our daughter while feeling at home.

Carrie didn't care for the city noise at the bungalow, which is unusual because other guests have commented about how quiet it is. In any case, I offered to move Carrie to a different property, free of charge, which she accepted. She also couldn't figure out the coffee maker, which I offered to replace, but she declined. I try to be as accommodating as possible for all my guests.

Great Location

I spent a month at this house earlier this year. Great location. Close to golf and hiking. 1mile from downtown. Charming neighborhood. Sweet backyard patio. Very responsive host. Photos and description are accurate and honest.

Tucson Bungalow

Home was in good shape and a 20min walk to U of A campus. An older home but updated with a very functional kitchen. Bathroom could use a few conveniences like an outlet but overall a nice place. Owner was very communicative and checked in several times. Enjoyed morning walks through the neighborhood.
