Our two balconies have amazing views. The south balcony faces the Gulf of Mexico and the east side balcony faces the beautiful Perdido Pass water way into the bay. Beautiful views, day or night of the many yachts, sailboats and fishing boats entering or exiting the bay. Across the Pass are the beaches of the Alabama State Park. The Extra-Large south end balcony of 'our 409' wraps around and faces the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico plus gets a great view of Perdido Pass.The balcony features a dining table for8, as well as a seat group with 2 club chairs with ottomans and a roomy sofa, so you can watch the sunrise while enjoying your morning coffee, or put your feet up at the end of a busy day at the beach or golf course.

We feature 4 large, professionally decorated bedrooms, 3 kings and 1 queen- plus a full loft bed and a queen sleeper. Each bedroom features a completely remodeled bath. The master bathroom features a soaking tub with wall mounted waterfall spout and a 12" rainhead shower with hand held faucet. Guest master bedroom features a walk in shower, the 3rd bathroom features a standard bathtub/shower , and the 4th bedroom with the queen bed and loft full bed features a corner shower ALL bathrooms feature a RAINHEAD showers and hand held faucets.

409 features a spacious open gourmet kitchen with beautiful white luxury quartzite countertops, quartz sink with commercial faucet and featuring Samsung stainless appliances, including a French door refrigerator and marble tile backsplash.
Also provided is Keurig as well as Cusinart coffee service.
The unbelieveably large living room features a 55' LED Samsung HD Smart TV with Blu Ray player and a large sectional sofa and leather recliner. The dining area seats 8 with a bar height table and 4 bar seats at the kitchen counter bar top. The bar features an ice maker, hammered nickel sink and even wine cooler and cocktail shaker.

A walk in laundry room features high capacity front loading washer and dryer as well as room for your beach toys, chairs, cooler & towels.
Our '409' certainly allows for communal areas where fun food and conversations can flow while providing personal space and private spots for quiet time.

Whatever your idea of the perfect vacation activities, you can do them here. If you feel like retreating from the world and just watching a movie on TV you can do that. There is a large flat screen TV in the great room, each bedroom also has its own TV & DVD player. If you want to stay connected to the outside world, and send updates of your fantastic time over the web, wireless internet is throughout the home so you can surf the net even while relaxing on one of the two balconies, enjoying your amazing view!

In fact, there are many amenities on site that you must take advantage of while vacationing at Grand Pointe. Of course there is the large outdoor pool and heated spa but we also have a heated indoor pool and spa that features an 'Entire Wall of Windows' (from floor to ceiling) which overlooks th magnificient waters, beach and boats of the Perdido Pass. In addition, we have a steam room, dry sauna and for those of you who don't want to miss your daily exercise routine, a fitness room.

Now if you are looking for some off-property excursions, there are many to choose from. Starting with a short walk across the street to SanRoc Cay marina. Here you can find unique courtyard events, shopping, dining (Louisiana lagniappe, Cafe Grazie, Gulf Shores Steamer, The Shrimp Shack, etc...) and pampering opportunities. You also can spend the day on the water enjoying dolphin cruises, deep sea fishing, snorkeling, diving, para-sailing and jet-skiing. For golf-lovers, the Gulf Shores is also known for their premier golf courses, including Lost Keys Golf Club, Craft Farms, Cotton Creek Course and Peninsula Golf and Racquet Club to name just a few. Finally, for the kids of all ages, there is the tallest Ferris Wheel in the Southeast at a height of 112 feet. It is located at the Wharf in Orange Beach where you can play, shop or dine to your hearts content. Don't forget the world famous 'Flora-Bama' beach bar! It is located just over a mile east or our condo.
