Newly upgraded Bemus Point home just steps away from everything! Leave your car at home and enjoy all that Bemus has to offer on foot. This includes great restaurants with waterfront dining, shopping, boat and kayak rentals, a coffee shop, a market with an outdoor ice cream shop, a local park with tables and grills, and a golf course. Minutes away from Chautauqua Institution. A short drive away are many other quaint towns along Chautauqua to explore, such as Jamestown, Lakewood, and Mayville. Lake Erie wineries are about 20-30 minutes away. Large back yard for games and gas grilling enjoyment. At night relax and roast marshmallows by the wood-burning fire pit. Many winter activities to choose from including skiing, snowmobiling, sleigh rides, ice fishing, cross country skiing, sledding and much more.
