Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used towels in the hallway bathroom. Leave beds slept in unmade. Turn HVAC to 75 in warm months & 70 in cooler months. Review the check out instructions on the refrigerator.
Please do not move the furniture. This home is staged and items are fixed for safety and wear. Guests who move furniture without approval will be charged $75 per item plus any repair/cleaning costs.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
