Overlooking Penobscot Bay, this beautifully-furnished house combines the best of location and comfort. With three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, an open kitchen/living arrangement, a separate full dining room, a study/office with a comfortable daybed, and distant Penobscot Bay views, it's the perfect place to enjoy all that Camden offers. Located on a quiet street half a block from Laite Beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants, the house is convenient to everything.
The first floor has the primary bedroom with a king-sized bed, a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed, the study with a good desk and a day bed with trundle, two full bathrooms (one with shower and one with a tub/shower), and the laundry room.
The second floor, with views of Camden Harbor and Penobscot Bay, has the living room, sitting room, kitchen, dining room, and a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and an en-suite full bathroom.
The house has beautifully proportioned, light-filled rooms.. It's well-equipped, and has central air conditioning, an elevator, and a good-sized private deck with harbor and bay views.
