Lovely peaceful home in Camden village

Welcome to Camden, Maine! This immaculate 3 bedroom, 1 ½ bath home will feel like your “home away from home” the minute you step inside.
Originally updated in 2019, this home has been further updated in 2023 to include new outdoor patio lighting, a new television (with Netflix subscription), and other amenities. Painted in soothing colors that exude a feeling of peace and tranquility, it’s the perfect place to unwind, relax, and recharge.
The air-conditioned first floor features a lovely kitchen, complete with breakfast bar and stools so you can cook and socialize at the same time. The dining room is right next to the kitchen and has a large table with space for everyone to eat together or play a board game or two while enjoying a glass of wine after dinner. The living room is open to the dining room, with room to stretch out and be comfortable. There is also a half bath and laundry room on the first floor.
The second floor features a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, two additional bedrooms, a shared bath with walk-in shower, and two window unit air conditioners. All three bedrooms offer views of Mount Battie in Camden Hills State Park, which is one of our favorite places to visit. Hike one of the many trails or drive the road to the top of the mountainside. Explore the tower, take in the amazing views of the harbor, and see if you can spot your home base in Camden!
This home is an easy 10-minute walk to the heart of downtown Camden, where you will enjoy fabulous restaurants, shops, and our picturesque waterfront. Beyond Camden, the MidCoast region has so much to offer. You can take a schooner ride and see the seals sunning themselves on the rocks, kayak on Penobscot Bay, do a driving tour of our many lighthouses, or even take the ferry to Monhegan Island to explore the art galleries and beautiful natural walking trails. This home is the perfect base for exploring the area and beginning an annual tradition of visiting MidCoast Maine.

Awesome Spot in Camden

The house is walking distance from all the great spots in Camden. There’s a backyard, cute front porch, and the beds are very comfortable. Highly recommend this spot!

We had a great time during our stay! The house is comfortable and the location can’t be beat! I would say that we wished there were lights in the yard by the grill and table because as soon as it starts to get dark there’s no way to cook or eat outside.

Another great stay in Camden!

This is our third year in a row renting this property and that should tell you how much we love it! It's perfect for a family of four. The home is well-appointed and comfortable and conveniently located in the town. We can't recommend it enough!

Wonderful vacation house just a short walk to the best of Camden

The house was cute - great front porch and friendly neighbors. Inside was spotless and very well-equipped with everything one needs for an extended stay. Lots of plush towels, extra blankets, and a kitchen with everything you'd need for cooking stay-at-home meals.

Amazing week in Camden

This house was absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect. We come to Camden every summer and this is our favorite property so far. Our family of four was extremely comfortable and enjoying morning coffee and evening wine on the porch. The linens and furnishings were luxurious!

We loved everything about this house! The house is utterly charming, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Such a perfect combination of old and new. And it was super clean and neat as a pin. This home is just like the photos! Well outfitted for your vacation needs and super comfortable. The air-conditioning was absolutely necessary on the humid days and made for a welcome arrival at "home" after exploring the area. To add to the experience, the property manager is super responsive.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this cottage in Camden Maine. It was very comfortable and beautifully furnished, with an amazing attention to detail, especially in the kitchen! We enjoyed the backyard and the BBQ, and relished an evening glass of wine on the front porch! A wonderfully relaxing week.

Lovely week in Camden

My two young adult kids and I spent a week at this lovely home, with family nearby. It was a very comfortable house. Great cooking utensils and lots of room to cook and eat together. The house has games, puzzles and books, and all you need for a fun family vacation. We absolutely loved the location-quiet street, and less then a 10 minute walk to the restaurants, harbor and shops in Camden. We enjoyed nearby hiking, kayaking and swimming. We hope to return to this lovely home in Camden.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet!

This property was so clean and well-appointed! Comfortable beds and nice linens. Kitchen well-stocked. Quiet, lovely street and easy walking into town. Large yard and BBQ area. On Saturdays, there is a pop up bakery down the street with incredible eats. Natalie’s restaurant is a few blocks away and delicious ($$$). Owner responds quickly and made a binder with loads of good information. We highly recommend!

1st time to rent this house and it was exactly what we needed. Updated very professionally and all the furnishings were excellent. Sue, the property manager, went beyond what I expected and became a great source of information and fulfilling all our needs. Will definitely return. We love Camden.

Cozy, classy newly renovated Home

This house was clearly just renovated from top to bottom. The whole house is in in excellent condition and has been decorated very tastefully. The kitchen is fully equipped with new pots, pans, utensils, etc. it had everything we needed to cook meals and bake a delicious cobbler. It’s a short walk to Camden village — maybe 10 minutes? It’s up a bit of a hill On the way back but we enjoyed the walk and appreciated never having to try to find parking. The bed in the master is very comfortable. My kids had no complaints about their beds. Seating for five in the living room. The chairs are a little stiff but a very comfy couch. The TV is really, really small but conveniently connected to Roku. Very nice grill and outdoor seating in the back yard. Quiet, homey neighborhood. Extremely detailed, helpful info binder on the house and the area. We enjoyed our stay very much. Would definitely stay again.
