Our house is a one of a kind property. Its double lot abutting a protected nature area provides a private beach like feel, giving a great deal of privacy on a public beach. Its located a very short distance from all the great amenities pacific city has to offer including Cape Kiwanda and the Pelican brewing company.
Newly remodeled, this luxurious house has just about all the amenities you could ask for. It's large footprint with a wide open living room sporting a spectacular view provides a great place for large multifamily get-togethers. It's three master bedrooms plus two other bedrooms provides ample space to make sure the almost everyone has a comfortable place to sleep.

The property is kid and family friendly with an entertainment room and a very large secluded beach area where kids can safely play in the sand away from the crowds. The property is also pet-friendly, so you're welcome to bring the entire family.......

Great wedding stay with unbelievably beautiful views

Accommodations were great, location was unbelievable, wedding venue was the Pelican Brewery so proximity and venue were perfect.

This was a beautiful home that fit our needs perfectly! We had many families coming together, and there was ample space for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked with a large kitchen table, room for all of us to sit. The view is unbeatable, we would absolutely choose to stay here again!

The house was amazing, very spacious, and the game room was a big hit. Plenty of seating for everyone and the beds were very comfortable. There were good pots, pans, dishes etc. in the kitchen.However, we all found it odd that there were no wash clothes in the bathrooms or kitchen. Overall a very memorable stay.

Amazing Beach House

The location and layout were amazing! We stayed with 2 other families and had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for a large group and situated in a private yet accessible location.

My friends and I had the best time staying here. The house is beautiful and incredibly clean. We appreciated how well labeled the kitchen items were. There is a whole game room on the bottom floor that we didn't see in the photos, which was awesome. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Spacious and beautiful rental with game room! Everything was high-end in the home. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were very comfortable with soft clean sheets. Unlisted game room was an awesome bonus. Private beach fire pit zone and big deck makes you feel so secluded even though you’re just a 5 minute walk from Pelican. Nice sand catching rugs in and outside of every door help keep the floors clean, as well as the nice cordless Dyson available for use. Management and house rules were simple and to the point-love that. Other perks were the huge driveway at the end of the road and a hot/cold hose outside. For a crew in Pac City, look no further and book this great house!

Fantastic Family Stay

We loved this place! It worked great for our extended family to all be together and have enough space for everyone — and a private sand / beach area for the kids to play in. We especially loved the game room and the fire pit for making S'mores. We're hoping we'll be able to book the same place again for next summer for the same family gathering. Such a wonderful place.

Excellent family gathering

The location was fabulous.. the bedrooms were large and for eleven of us it was nice to have our own space and bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked. The refridge needed to be wiped out better but that was literally the only problem we encountered.

Amazing!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. We walked, climbed, and dipped at the ocean door. Flew kites, skimboarded, and sat around the fire pit at day's end. We spent family time that will be cherished forever. This beautiful home is as welcoming as they come. Having such an excellent, clean rental that allows two dogs made our trip complete. Thank you to the owners, and especially Melissa, who checked to make sure we had everything we needed.

Amazing trip!

If you're planning a beach gathering with a large group of people it doesn't get much better than this! Having two large gathering spaces provides for lots of ways to entertain, a space for the adults and one for the kids for example. Or just lots of room to mingle unconstrained. Sleeping arrangements are super easy with the number of bedrooms plus pullouts in the rec room. And the views go on forever! What an incredible place. Thank you for providing a place to make this moment perfect.

last minute wonder

The pictures do not do this house justice. Each bedroom is updated, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The location is unbeatable. The game room is a major plus for adults and kids alike. We are excited to have stumbled upon this gem of a house. Highly recommend. One side note, the internet is very slow but with everything else to do, you hardly miss it. Just bring some extra reading materials. The communication with the property manager Melissa was also extremely prompt and professional. We look forward to returning again.

Beautiful and comfortable with amazing views

We came to celebrate my husbands birthday and Thanksgiving. The house comfortably accommodated our large party with plenty of space for teens, kids and adults to hang out. The game room is a fun bonus. The house is nestled against a natural area and feels very private and quiet. The beds are firm but very comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed. We baked and cooked and it worked great. The host even brought us an instant pot on Thanksgiving day! Talk about going above and beyond. They were great to communicate with,very timely for any questions we had. And the views! Oh my! Stunning ocean views. You can sit atop the hill and watch the waves crash or walk down the hill straight to the beach or drive a few minutes to a public access that isn't as steep. This house is amazing! It is my new favorite place to stay!
