5735 - Cozy home in the heart of the Yacht Club!
This home has no reviews at this time as we are trying to transfer them from other management company. It has been in a vacation rental program for a few years with awesome reviews.
Do you want to be close to the Cape Coral Beach (when it re-opens), close to the community pool, restaurants (Yacht Club Opening Soon) and shopping... here is your vacation home! Walk to the restaurant and beach area! Rent a kayak or paddle board...
This home has charm and coziness with a great outdoor space to relax and cook a burger on the propane grill. As well as it offers a split floor plan for the bedrooms, they are on separate sides of the home. One bath with walk in show and the other with tub/shower.
There is anything and everything you need to be comfortable and enjoy your stay. Even though this home does not have a pool we have a local venue The Tiki that has a pool that is open to the community as well as when the Yacht Club opens back up they have a community pool.
We offer beach chairs and umbrella for the beach as well as all your home needs. If you have any questions do not hesitate to give us a call 561-927-7350.
